While everyone was helpful while I was in the Gulf Coast hospital, Jenny, my nurse, was extremely helpful and a kind soul.( I was in room 2461).She made sure the doctors were getting my test results and expedited my release!
Thank you to all who assisted me!
I feel great and hope to stay that way!
A nightmare!!!!!!!! I was scheduled for an MRI. I was registered in timely fashion then escorted to a dark, dingy room where I waited over an hour and no one checked on me. The halls were empty and I could find no one to talk to. Then when they got me I waited 30 more minutes before my MRI. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO BUT LEE MEMORIAL DOES NOT VALUE THEIR PATEINTS AT ALL!! I have been at three Lee Hospitals and this is by far the worst. My recommendation is go anywhere else or drive to Naples or Tampa for care.
My three day stay there was an amazing experience. All the nurses were great and made my stay feel comfortable. I want to give big thanks to my nurses Lisandra, Lupe and especially Brenda. You ladies made my hospital stay feel like home. I thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart. The people from transport were very friendly. Just a great overall experience!!!!
We had such a nice experience here even though we had to go to the ER. Everyone was super nice and they took their time to help us which was very nice. We didn't feel rushed to get in and out like some of the other hospitals we've been to in the past.
Disappointed in the care and comfort while in the emergency room. Very dirty . While I did have some kind and compassionate care by the ER DR and a couple of the staff members. It was so unorganized during construction that I would not recommend this facility until they are back up and running properly.
They want you corralled in a very small crowded area and your reprimanded if you move down a section.
Your wheeled in and out of a small room that is used by everyone then put back in the small confined space until your next procedure.
I’m hopeful it will be back up and running smoothly when construction is done but if your Ill choose another hospital until construction is completed and waiting area is cleaned .
