Disappointed in the care and comfort while in the emergency room. Very dirty . While I did have some kind and compassionate care by the ER DR and a couple of the staff members. It was so unorganized during construction that I would not recommend this facility until they are back up and running properly.

They want you corralled in a very small crowded area and your reprimanded if you move down a section.
Your wheeled in and out of a small room that is used by everyone then put back in the small confined space until your next procedure.

I’m hopeful it will be back up and running smoothly when construction is done but if your Ill choose another hospital until construction is completed and waiting area is cleaned .

My three day stay there was an amazing experience. All the nurses were great and made my stay feel comfortable. I want to give big thanks to my nurses Lisandra, Lupe and especially Brenda. You ladies made my hospital stay feel like home. I thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart. The people from transport were very friendly. Just a great overall experience!!!!

Literally never have I seen such a disorganized, unprofessional hospital. They don't see you in a room, they treat you in the waiting room like an animal. Not once did I see an actual Doctor. Staff just walking around, running their mouths on their phones, doing nothing to help anyone. They asked about my pain level. It's a 6. Not so much as a Tylenol. Why ask if they don't care at all? If you want professional care, go elsewhere. If you are fine with being warehoused and treated like an animal however, this is the place for you!

Great hospital, but long waits, and staff that do not really care about anything. Also the next time one of your nurses cuts me off on her way to work, or tries rear ending me at a red light.. I'm calling the cops. So you should hold a workshop teaching nurses the importance of learning how to drive. How are you going to be a nurse and try to use your vehicle as a battering ram. Do not try me because I will make your life a living hell.

The ambulance put my phone and license in a bag, gave it to them, and they didn’t even bother looking in the entire bag and only gave me my phone. They tried to blame the ambulance company who told me themselves they’ve dealt with this MANY times with gulf coast medical center. Made me have to fly without my license. Also terrible at answering their phones and calling back I had to chase them down 10 times a day to get answers. Now paying for a new license which they should be paying for.
