Wonderful little gem of a hospital. My wife was unable to make it to Raleigh for the birth of our second child due to her labor progressing too quickly. We came into the check in area and were immediately moved to the labor unit. The nurses- Alex, Meghan, and Gabbie moved quickly as our little girl wasn’t waiting to arrive. Dr Holder was there within minutes to deliver. All of the nursing care was wonderful and Dr Holder is outstanding at what she does. Highly recommend this labor and delivery unit and we plan on staying in town for our next baby.

I really hope the head people see this. This is the worst hospital I got there with my throat swelling and the so call Dr came I and said it's nothing but a sore throat but but it was not got there at 430 no one came in until like 930 and I went to another hospital and they admitted it like they don't even care I hope they really get better cuz I could have died

This Hospital is good on SOME things. But I blame the hospital staff.. Meaning the nurses... Some of them if not most of them went to the local community college and graduated. And plus they're Under Staffed.... Lack of nurses and they work double shifts most of the nurses are tired from working double shifts and the hospital could use some better housekeepers/janitors ...this hospital is not as clean as Duke and Wake Med and John Hopkins. Last time I was there, I waited in the waiting room with my daughter and we arrived at the hospital at 2:30pm one day the ER was full of people waiting ....we did not get called til 6:30pm later that evening. SMH, the nurses did Apologize for the long wait. They're slow due to lack of staff I guess. Other than that the doctors are pretty good.

I have been in restaurants that have better service!! This is pathetic!! I rated my pain a 10 and I been in the waiting room for over 3 hours!!!! I am beyond angry!!!

Went in asking for an ultrasound. Made it clear I wasn't interested in anything else, and explained this to the er dr. He was extremely rude to me, and just walked out without answering my questions about how he intended to treat me. He refused to speak to me, instead spoke to my boyfriend. To make things even better...the room and bathroom were both FILTHY! I'm talking fluids splashed all over the floor/walls. Something dripped down the wall. In the bathroom, there was a used collection cup and several stickers/bandages on the counter. I'm not talking about a little messy, it was completely unsanitary.
