Dr. Richardson saved my life. Great bed side manner. Totally transparent. Has compassion and is brilliant. Thank you Doc, my family and I will forever be grateful. I am sorry I did not intend to give the emergency room a 5 star review. It was meant for Dr Richardson alone. The emergency room and staff treated me as I were a drug addict and sent me home 2 times. Finally Dr. Richardson got the scan 1.5 days after it was done and called me in. I had 3 surgeries in 2 days was on life support for 3 days and and came very close to death after 3 visits to the ER. Basically if Dr Richardson hadn't gotten involved I'd be dead. That ER needs to clean house and hire qualified medical staff.

When ever I call to get information. They are always so kind. Its worth the drive from Pearl River County. Keep up the good work.

I was involved in a car accident and have had pressure in my head and vertigo for 4 days. I visited the hospital and had scans done. I was never shown the results. Only told that there was nothing wrong with me. I asked the NP(or who I assume is a NP) if the tension in my neck could be causing the pressure in my head since he had no answers. He replied, "No, the tension in your neck would cause tension in your neck." WOW, THANK YOU FOR THAT VERY PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE. I will not be going back in the future because I felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously by him.

The first thing that I noticed is how friendly and helpful everyone is. If an employee sees me walking down the hall, they stop and make sure I’m heading in the right direction and that I can find what I’m looking for. 4 stars! I’ll throw in a 5th star when they post results to my website that I can understand. I can’t even tell if they’re good or bad
