It’s a ZERO !!!!! Will never go here again ! FYI the doctor or who ever she was cause no one introduced themselves McNeil was a complete * she didn’t even know what was going on and was trying to tell it was something it most definitely was not !? The hospital it self if very clean and nice and the lady up front is so kind and actually cares more about you then the ##’s working in the back ! I came in and took them 3 hours to tell me the same thing I already knew and no one came into my room to check on me nor did any of them ask if I was in pain or anything the entire 3 hours ! They act like they hate there job McNeil mainly and if you do then quit!! !! I hope you lose your job over how rude and unprofessional you are and your lack of care for The people who come in with obvious emergencies!! Never go here again f this place and her ! If you get her good luck cause she cares so much
I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I took my daughter their due to a stomach bug and they saw her quickly and were very knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything she was thorough and kind. The ER was clean and friendly. I really appreciate everything they did and how patient they were with our little girl.
Was at Ochsner Hancock Medical Center for some outpatient tests recently. To a person, the folks I dealt with were nice and helpful. Relatively small hospital with a family like feel. I enjoyed my experience there and recommend it to others.
We had the best care and was the nicest people that worked there.
Thank you Ochsner Medical center.
It's like pulling teeth to talk with an individual when calling this hospital. Face-to-face is better, but I can't drive over every time I need something for another Doctor, especially if Im at another Dr's office.
When Ochsner took over I mistakenly thought it was finally a "great" hospital....apparently top management is laxed in service or not on the scene anymore because the staff has gone back to the same problematic attitudes. The ER-NP does not have a clue what fellow-feeling is. She is insensitive to the NEEDS of very ill people visiting the ER. What is the new hippocratic oath: Treat people as horribly insignificant or get paid to do no work? Either way...as a patron I deserve better service...without the ill....YOU WOULD NOT HAVE careers.
