The ER here is a freaking joke! If I could give it zero stars I would. We have been here for almost 6 hours and my sister still hasn’t been seen by a doctor. She is in severe pain and her eye is protruding out of its socket. People that came after us have come and gone. There are people crying in pain in the waiting area and they just let them sit there in pain for hours and do nothing! This system is absolutely ridiculous and need to be fixed. The people that come here need help. This is an Emergency Room and there’s no urgency whatsoever!

Trying to get a prescription refilled here is like trying to get teeth removed from a grizzly bear impossible. It's almost as if this place cares more about ticking people off and ending lives actually keeping people alive. Sad part is you can show up to the building they'll tell you your prescription has been sent to your Pharmacy you get to your Pharmacy and your Pharmacy says they have no prescription whatsoever. Then you try calling back and all they do is put you on hold or give you the runaround. The sad part is people actually need their medication to survive and this Clinic seems to care less about people and more about making money

One of the worst Harris Health Clinics!! Lazy and rude employee. One tells you one thing the other says another thing it’s a mess!!!!

Wonderful place great care very nice

I had a pretty easy time at this location getting a cat scan done. The technician was kind, friendly and thorough with his explanation of things.But I'm not o happy with the pcp whom I have to return to at the El Franco Le center.
