I would give zero stars if I could. Went there after i had an IUD complication. Doc ended up saying it was a psychological problem and NEVER attempted to check out what I was saying. Tried to do unrelated testing and then tried to admit me for psych! Against my will!!!!
Turns out after I went to another ER my IUD had perforated my uterus and I had an infection. I will NEVER go back there and will be making a complaint to the state. I was very sick.
Possibly one of thenqorst experiences I've ever had!!!!! I'm still crying and upset!!!!
I am absolutely discussed with this hospital staff! I was being seen in a room at the end of the hallway from the nurse station. With my door shut, I could hear the nurse on the phone like she was talking right next to me. She gave a name with spelling, address, phone number, and extremely personal information about the state of the person and their home where the ambulance got dispatced to. I actually happened to know the person who she was talking about. I can not believe that they would discuss very personal matter about patients like that. There is laws against stuff like this. Now everyone that was being seen knows all that information. The family of the patient has been notified
Plan to wait a minimum 2 hours to be seen, busy or not. Sub par care. No wonder spectrum keeps growing, they provide awesome care with minimal wait. Im surprised HGB is still open, they haven't improved one bit the last 15 years
It's the worst hospital I have ever been too. I walked in at 10 pm and the place was empty but yet 4 hours later I was screaming at the top of my lungs for 5 min before someone came in. They wouldn't answer my call light. I went in for stomach problems and discharged myself with worst stomach problems. They are way to short staff, i was told that the lady across the hall was more important. They only had 1 doc. Working in ER and 2 nurses. Wow.
Went in there with detoxing off meds and their exact words were “we don’t do that here”?
