I was visiting some friends on memorial weekend, suddenly a pain forced me to go to a hospital, I went to the ER and the staff was very friendly, the doctors explain everything to me, everything was clean I went at 6am and by 8 am I was out. No complaints about this hospital but compliments!
The ER and hospital are top notch. The problem is that they're run by The Institute for Family Health. You could drop dead waiting to get a room and getting out takes even longer.
What a shitshow.
This review is for the hospital Gift Shop: this morning I worked with Don, the Gift Shop Manager. I called from across the country to see if I could get some flowers and a little gift sent up to a family member that is in HealthAlliance hospital. He spent time describing flowers, socks, stuffed animals. Even though he was manning the shop on his own, he took time and care to assist me. Don was patient and kind and very lovely to work with. It was evident that he took pride in his job and, even ordering from far away, I knew I was in excellent hands. It is evident that Don is an angel on Earth, working in his little corner of the world. Such people truly make a difference in the lives of others.
I'm sitting in the ER because they have to see if my husband is medically fit before he gets sent for a psych evaluation. Never had to go through this the last time he was here. We didn't come here because he was having medical issues. He's DEPRESSED.
Won't make the mistake of bringing him here again.
I have been applying for about 2 months now, their kitchen and housekeeping positions have known openings right now at this very moment!. I am asking if anyone else has gone through this long application process?
