Excellent care, once by ambulance once through Emergency Room, two different issues. Caring staff in both instances. Three-day inpatient care and testing efficiently provided. Of course, food needs improvement though.

A family member recently had a thyroid biopsy performed at the Broadway campus. After taking 4 samples from multiple locations the results were inconclusive. Go across the river to Northern Dutchess Hospital. They have a pathologist in the room during the biopsy verifying the sample. I didn't know this ahead of time and now have two biopsies to pay for.

i had read so many bad reviews, an out of order spending machine doesn’t make justice to give one star, base your review on service, empathy, quality, how quick they response, in my case as cancer pt. going on radiation I had the most scary episode of my life during a weekend retreat at catskills, they were diligently efficient, all the labs and tests that i need were done there with no problems, fast and easy, pain control was a must and kept me in observation for a few hours, communication with my oncologist right away to see which is the best treatment for me. this is an excellent place and all the staff absolutely all the staff is amazing

I've come here a lot since I've been pregnant and had hyperemesis. I mostly go at night and they always take me immediately and are super attentive. Anytime I get worried I know I can go and they'll make sure my baby is perfect before anything else. Very sensitive people there.

Wow, what can I say about HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway campus? Absolutely deplorable, a disgrace. Go anywhere else. Total disregard and disrespect towards patients. Longest wait times I've ever experienced in an emergency room. Staff standing around chatting and joking while patients are ringing their service bells and screaming in pain. Patient care info never written on chalk board. Waited 4 1/2 hours for ONE cup of water. Waiting 5 hours for a CT scan because a nurse forgot to collect a urine sample. Zero communication between nurses and doctors. RNs that can't start an IV! Handling blood without gloves! Do not go to HealthAlliance!
