Completely incompetent!! Don’t waste your time & money! Take yourself to the Springs. Apparently they can’t even document something as simple as a phone number! 0 Stars! If they had any competition in the valley these folks would be outta business in no time!

The ER is the worst ever. I have never been so discussed the the care and treatment in my life. Dr. Miller is a non caring doctor and will push you away if you are wanting answers! My husband never goes in unless it is something that is very concerning. I took him in cause of numbness and blur vision and got it’s a migraine and here is fluid and I’ll give you something but no explanation nor a care to answer question when asked! My husband was then discharged when he was throwing up and worst then when we went in! I have now tried to complain to the manager and got I don’t know what you want me to do it was standers procedure and got told sorry but it was standers hope you have a nice day and got hung up on! This is wrong for people’s care to be pushed aside and only looked at as a $$$$. This is the most discussing care ever!! Very very mad 🤬🤬🤬

I have had great experiences here and am glad we have a place to go so close to the Valley. Nice, friendly, helpful, efficient and talented kind folks as well as a pleasant facility to be in.

The first time I came here it was for bleeding during pregnancy. I don't know what kind of low budget low quality hospital this is but they spent an hour trying to find a heartbeat with a handheld Doppler, which was torture enough. It took them almost 3 hours to give me an ultrasound, not because they were busy but because they were too cheap they wanted to see if I had miscarried or not with the DOPPLER first, not an actual ultrasound. Then I asked for pain meds because it's my second miscarriage and I know how bad the pain is, the doctor looked at me weird then said he would write something up for me. They came back with my discharge papers and said nothing else, basically shooing me out. Second trip I come for tonsilitis (As I tell the nurse in working out my insurance right now) she' sighs really heavily, cuts me off and is rude for the rest of the time she's with me. Waiting for the doctor now, not impressed. I don't know who they think they are judging people, especially when they are the smallest and only hospital for a few towns, if they want to judge they shouldn't be working in a hospital period

I had a great experience at this hospital. The staff was extremely friendly and competent from the admitence clerk to the nurse and doctor. I had a horrible stomach pain and they were very patient me and quick to help me get out of pain. We were in and out within 2 hours. I would highly recommend this hospital.
