Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center

This hospital always sucks. My husband and I have been there 3 times after hours in the ER and it's always an awful experience. The wait is long. The staff is not very friendly. The doctor is only in for less then 10 minutes and always says "just keep doing what your doing". I don't think these people even really know what they're doing. The guy in registration tonight, Robert, was so so rude to everyone who came in. He interrupted everyone mid sentence and kept saying "just go sit down I don't have time for this". Awful awful awful hospital. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Would not recommend this hospital. Arrived in the er and had the most rude nurse i have experienced in my entire 20 + health care career. If you are looking for compassion and caring while feeling vulnerable when you are ill, keep driving. The highlight was the receptionist

I have been to this hospital several times, for issues large and small, and I have always been treated with the utmost care, respect and professionalism by every single person I encountered-- from people on the phone, check-in, ER, the nurses aides, nurses, cardiologists, lab technicians, x-ray--- Everyone is awsome. I'm not exaggerating. And I am originally from Philadelphia, from a family of Dr.s, from a city full of top-notch hospitals, and the care I received from Heart of the Rockies is on par, or even better, because it's smaller, and the views are great! PS: after reading the negative reviews here, I can only assume many of them must be referring to a different hospital! Or, someone is trolling the comment section! Sure, not everyone will be happy or they may feel they had a bad experience, but the amount of 1 stars here strains credulity.

Nothing but frustrating. Should have just gone to the springs or Denver.

Completely incompetent!! Don’t waste your time & money! Take yourself to the Springs. Apparently they can’t even document something as simple as a phone number! 0 Stars! If they had any competition in the valley these folks would be outta business in no time!
