Mixed review! Our first visit didn’t go well at all. My husband (african American active duty soldier) passed out early in the morning after waking up and instead of trying to figure out the cause the ambulance pointed it to drug use before ever accessing him and sent him home. He’s checked often with his job for random drug screenings because of the regulations. Luckily he followed up with his provider to figure out the root cause. Second time was a visit for my daughter. We got back really quick but stayed there 4PM-730 PM.. She was diagnosed with pink eye (left eye), ear infection and infection of the throat. I was told she would have two prescriptions . The pharmacist had a hard time filling one which the hospital new what pharmacy I was going to and could’ve checked. It took nearly an hour to fix. Then once we finally fill it, we realize the hospital forgot her eye drops prescription. its nearly 9 and the pharmacy is closing with no prescription to give her the eye drops. By midnight she now has a double eye infection with no medicine. Shes 3 & doesn’t understand why she cant rub her eyes. Thankfully it is a weekend. As a parent its hard to have a sick child with not many family members in the area to take over while you work. We were counting on that medicine so she would be better by Monday for me to work and her to go back to daycare. Now not only is it one eye but both eyes.

Dropped my insurance without any notice. I was scheduled for a surgical procedure Oct. 9 but my pulmonary doctor said he needs to see me for clearance. So I call to get an appointment only to be told that I would have to self pay. When told them that was not be possible I was told I need to find a new provider? Any pulmonary specialist in the area is scheduled 3 months out and I am bleeding internally. They done everything possible to make sure I could not keep my October surgery date. I hope this place gets shut down!!!!

This is an odd review for a hospital but BEST CAFETERIA EVER. I mean it doesn’t even make sense how good it is. I recently posted a picture of a sandwich. It’s like going to an awesome deli, restaurant and quick stop all in one. I don’t even understand it. My girlfriend’s mom was in another hospital a while back and tried to tell me that the food at that cafeteria was good. I’ve eaten at that hospital it’s average. I told her she just doesn’t understand as I would stop there just to go to the cafeteria like it’s a restaurant. Maybe dats night? Seriously who ever is charge of that is AMAZING. good job.

I am an ederly woman's advocate. She has a bill she can not pay. I called the business office and I was told they do not give out any extra help because they are a for profit hospital. Now this 87 year old woman gets collection calls every day harassing her. What a sad hospital. My opinion go somewhere else with a heart. Not just in it for the money.
