Helena and Forrest City hospitals are both terrible. Went in for breathing problems, was treated like dirt. The doctors they hire are no good, can't even read an x-ray, give correct diagnoses, give tests results. They all sit around at the desk playing the whole time. They hire the worst doctors with low ratings. Both places should be shut down .

Very rude and short response giving nurses. Don't tell me youre busy and hang up. The nurses name is Sue. I understand the short response part, as laws require not to give information over the phone, but when a parent is in the hospital and you have no idea if they are okay THE LEAST you could do it practice empathy and respond in a calm caring manner. No disrespect was giving to those nurses so they do not start off a conversation as if calm but a concerned daughter, son or familt member is an inconvenience. I could care less about the excuse. Practice thoughtfulness, it could save them an unnecessary but necessary cursing out.

My son had to visit the ER at this place while we were in Arkansas fr family visit and I have nothing to say but full compliments and positives for the doctor and nurses that help us with my Son. This review is for their accounting department. First, the incompetents at their accounting did not correctly billed our insurance, thus did not get paid and they send us a bill of over $3K with a threat of go into collection agency and become 'bad debt' if the bill is not pay by the due date, which is like 10 days from the statement date and 4 days from the date we get the mail. We had to contact them and the insurance and spend quite a bit of times and efforts and had it sorted out (at least that was what we thought). However, we just got another bill of $100 after the insurance paid them (we paid like $2K/month premium and our copays is $50 with 100% coverages and copays is from insurance compaby) with the 'Final Notice' and collection agency threat and bad debt/bad credit B.S again and the due date is 5 days out from the date we received the bill. That is just ridiculous and the most ridiculous part is the threat of referring to collection agency and bad debt/bad credit threats, which shuold not come from a hospital but more of loan shark?

On May 7, 2018 I checked into the hospital with Pain from my Multiple sclerosis, the doctor told me all he could do was blood work and a pain pill. Stucke in a room for 30 mins and let me go. Everyone super lazy from the doctors to the nurses. I was weaker when I left
