My husband had emergency surgery December 13 and staff and doctors were great. Much better hospital than regional.

I would like to thank 22 year old RN Will for all his great work he does. We took my mom at 9.00pm on dec 26, 2018. Will listen to her and the reason for her visit. Several hours later my was sent home less pain and was able to get rest. Thank again Will keep up the good work!

This place needs to show the ER doctors and nurses on how to clean up there own mess. They left syringes with something in them, trash on floor, urine sample just sitting there, tubes with blood just sitting there. I thought an ER room was supposed to be sanitary

My husband was at Hendricks for 19 days in August of 2017 .He passed away on August 25th but the care that he received was phenomenal. The morning he passed away was the hardest thing I've ever had to face but the nurses and the doctors were there for me and their compassion and care will never be forgotten!!

I had my son jasper here and my son taking so long to urinate caused our doctor to recommend that he stay until he urinates. At 11:25 p.m. on March 16th our son Jasper urinated in his diaper. The nurse who wasn't even supposed to be our nurse named erlinda came and told us that sent it was past midnight we had to stay another day. I didn't know that nurses had a doctorate and if my son's doctor said we can leave after he urinated I'm not sure why this Filipino nurse who barely speaks proper English and ignores my wife to her face gets to make the decision on whether or not we leave. I'm not sure where our nurse Karen went but we only saw her once. She comes in the room (erlinda) and wakes our son up directly after we've put him to sleep to check his temperature even though we told her we checked it and barely put him to sleep. The hospital's mission statement is to provide high-quality Health Service emphasizing excellence and Christian service is a laughable mission statement if the nurses don't care about the patients. I just don't want nurses doing a doctor's job. Make sure to whisper when in your room the nurses actively eavesdrop and enter without notice or knocking.
