Heritage Valley Beaver

Completely inadequate response to my situation. I asked for help and just had my time wasted. I’m really very angry right now because my life was put in jeopardy by the staff of the ER in 9/19/19 towards the evening. That hospital, Heritage Beaver, wants to waste some more time. Never again: never again, and Thanks for nothing! You Jerks!

Terrible, just terrible. I had my first child there. ( one good note: the labor and delivery nurses were awesome!!) HOWEVER, the recovery nurses were terrible!! On top of that they kept assuming my husband and I were not married!! They would not help me when I needed help during the night, so my husband had to go out and ask for help at the desk 3 times to no avail. So he had to try and help me completely alone!! They also LOST ALL MY PAPERWORK!!! Then they sent INCORRECT paperwork to my child's pediatrician; saying my child received a vaccine, that I as a parent never agreed to!! Just horrible!!!!! I am NEVER having a child there again.

Waited over 2 hours in the emergency room. There to worried about having their pizza delivered then us patients. Hearing workers laughing and joking and having a great time. There is a time and a place for that and its NOT IN THE ER. I can see where there priorities are and its not the patients. Wont be going back here again. Now i gotta go over an hour away for an emergency.

My daughter didn't die. They sent us to children's but they helped us out a lot. I got a needed shot from a rusty nail. My children were born here. It's a hospital not a service. You don't tip them. They aren't there to only provide for you they are there to save lives.

Very poor staff here. Recently was here for an emergency for my Dad and these occurrences happened. 1. My laptop was stolen out of my Dad's room when I left it there overnight (1000 dollar laptop). 2. After taking my Dad to UPMC afterwards because he still wasn't doing well it was found that he had pneumonia (that they missed). 3. My father's nurse was very rude and had an attitude when I went to ask for more information. 4. They performed a procedure without my consent because my Father was not in a stable frame of mind. Needless to say, we'll never go here again and unless it's life or limb, we'll take the extra time to go to Pittsburgh.
