I had a Lithotripsy done there recently and the nurses were phenomenal to me during my care there. I was considered an add on patient for surgery and they made me feel right at home and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. I was most nervous about being put to sleep, but they were all great in easing the process for me! One of my nurses even called the very next morning to check on me! Great staff!

I am currently in the care of the Bremen infusion center. This place is a joke. It takes up half your day with the way they run things. I am currently standing in the ER/lobby waiting area, waiting for the registration person to get out of the ER so she can register me, so I can walk all the way to the other end of the hospital to a patient room. Where I can then wait another half hour to an hour before someone gets my medicine and hooks me up. This is the weekend treatments, because there in no one working the actual infusion center on the weekends. The weekdays are somewhat worse. You have to wait in registration with every ER and hospital patient just to let them know you're here. Then you go to the infusion center to let THEM know you're here. Then they call the pharmacy for your medication to be brought up while you wait some more. This is the most inefficient process I have ever seen. What should take 30-40 minutes takes an hour and a half up to 2 hours. And this is something lots of people have to do EVERY SINGLE DAY for a stretch of weeks, losing 2 hours of every single day down this slow unorganized black hole. I understand this is a small facility, but the whole process for this department needs to be re-examined.

Please avoid this "ER" at all costs! Tanner should really consider closing this place down. Two weeks ago, I went in because I was having complications with a new port a cath that was recently placed. The Dr came in, literally looked at it for a few seconds and said "I don't know what to tell you", "see what the infusion center says about it". The nurse came in, gave me a pain shot in my hip, didn't wipe it off or provide a band aid, so I had a nice sized blood stain that soaked through my pants. I was told someone would be back to check on me in 30 minutes. Over an hour had passed, no one had still come back in, so I went to the nurses station where everyone was on their phones laughing. I told a nurse I was ready to go if that's all they were going to do. No X-ray or anything to check my port. When I went to the infusion center a week later, they were not able to push any medicine or get any blood return from it, so I was sent to the ER again, but not Bremen this time. Thankfully, this Dr was more interested in helping and knew what they were doing. I had an X-ray which did show an issue with my port, which led to me having a port o gram study a few days later. It shows sheath which could be a serious issue if left untreated. If the first Dr I saw in Bremen would have been more caring and actually did some tests, I could have already had this serious issue taken care of, but instead, I have lost valuable time due to his negligence and uncaring approach. Luckily, my port is going to have to be removed, so I hope I'll never be in a situation where my health was comprised due to lack of care. Sitting around laughing, looking at phones is way more important. Extremely unprofessional in every way possible.

Son was brought in ambulance with head and neck injury. They put him in watliting room didn't sign him in nothing sat there 1.5 hrs never took anyone back then the take some one gwith a cold back before him. This place is a joke. You should close down not pay people to sit around play on internet talk and phones and walk around eating. You are wrong for taking ambulance patient to loby with neck and head injury. If my son dies overnight Lay suit will be bigger than Tanner's bank account.
