My friend came here with a copperhead bite. They said they treat these often. They never gave her any Anti-Venom three days later she had to go to another hospital. Due to the unbearable pain. They gave her anti-venom immediately and wondered what the heck this hospital was thinking.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Every time I've been here I waited over 6 hours and the waiting room was empty! I went yesterday in an ambulance and they dumped me in the waiting room!!!! After laying in the chair for over 6+ hours they told me it would be a few more hours so I left! I will NEVER go back!

I fell and broke my leg on the way to Mississippi for vacation on July 3rd. I was treated at the ER when I arrived around 2:30 pm. Everyone was really nice except the man at the front desk. The first thing I noticed was he was chewing gum. Not very professional for someone you see first. He was also rude. When I asked if he wanted my insurance cards he made me feel like I was stupid for asking. I didn't see a real "doctor" the whole time I was there. Only a nurse practitioner and aids. While I was being tended to my man went to the nearby hotel to unload our luggage. When he came back for me the man at the front desk made him go all the way around to another door instead of letting him in the door next to my exam room. I will not be returning to this hospital again.
