The pager system and announcement system is NOT deaf friendly!!! How are we suppose to know where to go and which waiting room are we suppose to go.. please change your system and make it more deaf friendly by adding numbers or letters to guide us to which room to go to.. It was frustrating not knowing where to go and end up asking what to do and no one understand us... please train your staff to make them understand how we deaf people communicate when arriving without interpreter by writing or guiding us to right place instead of just pointing and nodding...

I really was impressed by the nurses & Dr in maternity & how they treated my daughter in her labor & delivery! Awesome to say the least! They made her so comfortable & feeling like she was family!!! Great job “ALL”!!!!!

I had a infusaport placement procedure for my chemotherapy at Holy Redeemer Hospital. All staffs in this care center is professional, empathetic and concern about the patients. During my staying of the week, room service menu are prepared by nutritionist, all foods were fresh made. Their care to the patients are profound.

Very disappointing food choices offered at the cafeteria. This is a hospital and must have nourishing food for patients and visitors. It’s hard for me to give this review to a place where people come to seek care. I know the hopital can do better. They can do much better.

I am not going to say anyone's illnesses is worst than others. That is not my place. However this hospital does not treat there patients right. Besides giving my health insurance card and being charged by a doctor I don't know. I did not get treated for my issues. I ended up leaving because they had me standing in hallway with a injured leg, shooting pain on my right side and a blood clot. Side Note: Not being seen , a doctor ...who ever she decides not to charge my insurance (I did not receive a bill ) and send it into collections. Which I am fighting with now. If you really need medical care and people who have proper beside manner, go to Abington you might have a better chance there.
