Worst ER EVER!!!! I was brought in by ambulance with chest pain & wheezing. They took me on stretcher into ER waiting room.. had me get in chair & wait 7 hours. Never got anything for pain or wheezing. After 5 hours they did EKG & blood work. Dr ordered breathing treatments but I never received them!!! I will never go back!!!!

Was very well taken care of, was in and out in about an hour. Had EKG and ultrasound on stomach for suspicious pain. All turned out well. Thank you!

My mother had a fall with a head injury. I called San Jac Methodist Hosp at least three times and was told she had not been there, although this is the hospital she had been to many times before. We found out 11 hours later that she was there and bad been transferred to the medical center by life flight. No one called to tell the family as I was about to call Baytown police and file a missing persons report. I hope no one has to go through the torment I went through while she was missing in those 11 hours. I was asked by this hospital "Well who did you speak to?" Sorry I could not remember the name of your receptionist during those frantic hours. You don't have a list of ppl you life flight out? What poor service!

My experience on multiple occasions with the ER and Methodist facilities is barely stabilized. The affiliates in the area seem to be in disconnect to the rest of medicine. They are leading people all right to an earlier end. It’s important to have someone with you at all times. They don’t respect your medical directives. If you have been diagnosed with anything they will contradict it. Even giving dangerous medication which compromise your health. Saying NO is not an option the staff seem to do things their way. The reporting system is nonexistent with any way to speak up.it is never anonymously done. They will literally do testing that won’t show your condition diagnosed by professionals and say you don’t have it! They even try and dismiss blood work.im at a loss with this Methodist system.i specifically said NO and they do things anyway. Very scary. I don’t know if it’s always been this way but things need to change to take the public’s health seriously.
