This hospital doesn’t even deserve one star. Had to give at least one to get to review page! We have a loved one currently in this hospital. Been here for about a month. TOO MANY chiefs “looking” after him... The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing here. The first doctor pushed him under the rug. After 3 weeks told the family we need to consult hospice. Day of meeting with social worker to make decisions, a DIFFERENT doc comes in. He talks about a treatment plan!! What!??! While we are ecstatic, it begs the question: WHAT CHANGED!??! First doc was an idiot! Now this new doc says he needs a test. A test they don’t do at this hospital. Needs to go downtown for it. Tells our loved one he has to make the appointment and get himself there. EXCUSE ME!??! He is an inpatient patient!! Y’all make the appointment and make sure he gets there!!! UGH!!! LOUSY CARE!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!

Both my wife Diane and I have been patients here a few times and to say the doctors and nurses here are anything less than angels from heaven is not even close. They saved my life here valiantly over and above the call of duty ,true champions of the sick and underprivileged.God bless every last one of them for magnanimous performance in the care and healing of the sick and dying , bringing some of us back from deaths door with a smile ,gracious to a fault.

The nursing staff were fast and efficient and very kind. The Doctor had a great bedside and I felt was doing a job he cared about as did everyone I came into contact with. I have heard nightmare stories about hospital ER rooms but this one did the job they are there to do and did it with a smile on their face and determination in their actions. Thank you all.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Nurses at the registration area talk about patients in front of you while they take your vitals. Then they ask you questions you try to answer to but they cut you off. They make you pee in a cup and bring the cup across the whole damn emergency room area to a blue bucket in front of everybody. They poked my baby 12 times even though i told them a million times they would need a ultrasound to find a vein. I can keep going but all i got to say is this place is s#$%!!

I know that word on the street is to avoid this hospital however, I had a very pleasant experience here. All of the staff that I was in contact with were extremely helpful and nice. I had a procedure done here and everything went well without complications. Hats off to San Jacinto Methodist!
