My experiences at hospitals are either a hit or miss. This visit, however, was the best hospital trip I’ve ever had.The nurse practitioner and assistants are so kind, informative, and relatable. Mr. Reed went over all my cultures with me to help me understand the results and both of the men in the back office engaged in great conversation with me as I waited. I truly appreciate people who care about what they do because it shows in all their interactions!

Absolutely the WORST hospital. I’ve heard rumors that they’ll be shutting down soon, and if they do, they’re doing everyone a hug favor. Even the prisoners. I was sent to the ER by another Dr., thinking I needed surgery, I was in the hospital for over 24 hours before I ever saw a Dr. They gave me an antibiotic without telling me what it was, and I had an allergic reaction, then they still didn’t tell me what it was, and they gave it to me AGAIN during surgery where I had yet another reaction. I was then sent home without ANY instructions. You would think after having surgery, they would tell you what you can and can’t do right? NOPE. Oh, and they STILL won’t tell you what the antibiotic was, so you’re screwed if you get it again without knowing.

Waited over 2 hours to be seen. Medical staff is great. Waited for 2 weeks for MRI. Went to Hospital and they never received the orders. Called 3 times they continually said they faxed it. Had to reschedule MRI. Ended up switching doctors.

Went here and was seen by the ER for skin erosions. Was told I had HSV2, given Valtrex. Recieved test results as negative to hsv2 and all other std/sti. Going to a dermatologist for secondary opinion. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. They dont know what they are talking about here and will misdiagnose you.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place should be shut down! This is the rudest staff ever and it was all of them not just one or two. I literally had extremely low blood levels and needed a transfusion immediately. They left me in the waiting room for 2 hours. I finally left and drove to Bryan St. Joseph. Not only are they professional but they truly have amazing hearts. Do NOT risk your life by going here.
