Waited over 2 hours to be seen. Medical staff is great.
Waited for 2 weeks for MRI. Went to Hospital and they never received the orders. Called 3 times they continually said they faxed it. Had to reschedule MRI. Ended up switching doctors.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place should be shut down! This is the rudest staff ever and it was all of them not just one or two. I literally had extremely low blood levels and needed a transfusion immediately. They left me in the waiting room for 2 hours. I finally left and drove to Bryan St. Joseph. Not only are they professional but they truly have amazing hearts. Do NOT risk your life by going here.

Hi I had a procedure at the outpatient surgery center this morning. The staff was very nice and personable.
They gave instructions very well and answered all of my questions. I was the first patient in and they got to me immediately. No problems.

There service horrible. I came from out of town because my mother was admitted and was staying over night with her. I went to my car to get something and i Could not get back in either of the main entrance was locked at 8:30. There are limited rooms because tdcj inmates are taking over. Also this is a prison town more than half of the patients admitted works or retired tdcj employee and they put them on the same floor. Staff limited so the local tax payers patients have to suffer while inmates have a full staff. Can't get thru the main phone line they rarely answer. Smh.... the staff there are nice nasty...

I spent four days in this Hospital and I have some good nurses I wish I could remember their names them two nurses really did do a great job but I think these nurses are overloaded with too many patients and don't have enough time to do a lot with their patients I had an IV stuck in my arm kept asking the nurses at 3 to look at it finally at 9 p.m. another nurse come in and took my IV out and put it in my my left hand made it much easier and less painful she told me that my nurse was busy with another patient but I hate to say it but Tyler Hospital Mother Frances has the best food that I've experienced while in the hospital
