Just wanted to give appreciation to the emergency room staff today. I Took my sick little boy in. Today's his birthday ☹ they were absolutely so sweet and kind to him. Sang him happy birthday, got him a treat and toys too! Definitely amazing people ❤

I have been going to the ob/gyn group for my pregnancy. This is my first one and the most horrible experience I've ever had with doctors. I am constantly waiting in the waiting rooms when I am on time for my constantly rescheduled appointments. Currently I have been waiting 30 minutes and still have yet to be called back. When I am called back I see a doctor for about 3-5 minutes before I'm rushed out the door. I have been consistently bullied about my weight and how I'm going to kill my unborn baby. Even though at 37 weeks everything has been perfectly fine. They never listen to what I have to say and constantly put me through testing that i have to pay out of pocket for even though there doesn't seem to be a reason to do so. The best part of that is when I go to see a doctor they either don't bring up the result or I have to ask them about the results because they haven't realized I've taken the tests or they "can't find the results". If I'd of had another choice of hospital I'd of taken it. But with my job I was unable to do so. Edit: 40 mins before getting into a room.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in to get blood drawn and took about an hour and a half. The women who drew my blood missed my vein and instead of redoing it, she moved the needle around my vein which caused a terrible burning sensation and a bruised arm and soreness for a week. She did not know what she was doing. Better yet they never sent the forms to my doctor which he ordered. Why? Because there wasn’t enough blood in the tube. How was this only caught a month later? No one knows what they’re doing and no one cares! Stay away from this place don’t send anyone you know here. Very disappointed and will never be back here.

Worst hospital around. Was told to wait in the waiting room never was even seen and was given discharge papers saying I had a virus without even being seen!!!!!!! Waited in the waiting room for over 3 hours just to be told this. Now waiting another 2 hours for the discharge papers. So unless you have nothing to do all day except wait in a waiting room id advise you DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!! NOT COMING HERE EVER AGAIN UNLESS UNCONSCIOUS!!!

this place is becoming a joke. the only thing I currently like is that it's close to home. with that being said, I had gone in for pain and had to get some testing done. they have had everything since Monday. was advised it would take a couple of days, ok fine understandable. I call in today to theoffice I needed and they werent answering their phones yet. well they open at 8. it was 5 after. whatever fine. call back again and was advised someone would call me today with results. waited all morning and a chunk of the afternoon. called back in. now they say the dr has been "too busy to review." so I may not hear anything today? seriously? well let me say if she spends as much time with her patients as she did me. she should have oodles of time. when I was seen, I spent a total time of 10 mins in there. that included waiting for the dr. I seemed like an inconvenience to her and everyone else in there. no one can even type a phone number in correctly. mind you it was wrote down on my patient info. place is a wreck that's for sure. I wouldnt waste your co pays/ money here if you were smart. this is the OB/GYN dept as well. just to clarify

UPDATE: they did an ultrasound but it was not even relevant to where my pain was. so I currently know nothing more than when I walked in the first time. and they expected me to go back this month just to talk about switching or keeping my current BC? BIGGEST JOKE EVER!
