EDIT: I came in yesterday after passing out for no reason. I was treated like an animal. Mind you, the last time I passed out it was a cardiac event at age 28. They drug tested me without my consent, and began treating me as a criminal when I tested slightly positive for cannabis (we have 100% LEGAL cannabis in OK in compliance with the 2014 federal Farm Bill - 19.8% CBD and 0.28% THC). They locked me in a psychiatric room that was filthy and had one dirty dirty rubber chair (I have also had a knee replacement and had passed out and fallen down the stairs into my laundry room). Perfect thing is my best friend took me and is an attorney. Even he was appalled. I should've taken my own advice and never gone to a hospital. They have traumatized me so much at this point I don't think I'll ever return to an ER for anything.
I have had more than one horrible experience at Baptist. The first was when I came in as a sexual assault victim and was never even offered a SANE exam or sexual assault advocate (per policy - Baptist is a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner hospital - 1 of 3 in OKC). I was also victim blamed.
Today my husband could barely walk due to extreme chronic back issues. We were assured in triage that he would be seen quickly. We waited for over 3 hours in the ER waiting room (mind that my husband could barely sit in a chair) before leaving. I asked two ER employees for a customer satisfaction survey before leaving. They both told me to find it online, quite rudely. It is not easily accessible online, and upon calling customer relations I was told the survey isn't even available online. I also saw a nurse in the time we were waiting practically throw discharge papers in another patient's face because he was worried about his health and had more questions that she did not want to answer. I witnessed the entire altercation.
We visited Deaconess later in the day and were in and out in less than one hour. I do NOT recommend Baptist Hospital to anyone.
