Integris Baptist Regional Health Center

Had to make a late night trip to the ER and received great care from them and radiology staff! No waiting and they addressed my pain immediately. Had to have a procedure a few weeks later and the surgery crew was fantastic!!! So nice to have a facility so close that cares about their community and patients.

This hospital is great. My daughter was recently in ER and they treated her like family. My mother was also admitted in the hospital about a month ago and her care was excellent. She had to have test done and my mother kept talking how nice the young men were. She is hard to please sometimes so I was surprised that she kept talking how nice Matt and Kirk was to her. Dr Mitchell also was very compassionate and seemed to always have time for all of our questions. She wishes she could see him as her doctor all the time. The only one thing that I could say that you all could improve on is your staff smelling like smoke. Some of the aids and nurses smelled like smoke and it seemed to bother my mother who suffers from breathing issues. One of them was manager and see smelt like smoke and seemed to try to cover it up with some sort of spray. She was friendly and very helpful so it helped make up for it the smell.

Went to the ER on October 6th for an overdose of medicine and I was not treated at all while I was there. They gave me one bag of fluids and that was it and sent me to ICU for the night. Early in the morning Dr. Stephens did not even give me a chance to become medically stable before calling Miami police to take me to Grand Lake Mental Health Center in Vinita. I didn't get a chance to sign any discharge paperwork. I am very disappointed with the way this hospital treats mental health patients

The entire team was professional and caring, from the nurses, doctors, to the scrub techs. The surgery department made me feel calm and well cared for. Overall a great place to have my procedure done.

ER visit Sunday morning. Quick check-in. Little to no wait time. Staff was great. Sure glad we have an awesome home town hospital and we didn't have to drive up the highway.
