1st neck surgery and Loulou’s staff was amazing. I was worried due to all the “va” horror stories we hear. But from the neurosurgeon to the check in and out staff to the over night rn you all were great thank you for taking great care of me. I would strongly recommend y’all service and if I ever need another I’ll be requesting you all! Thanks again and god bless y’all!.

I've been using The Iowa City, Iowa VA for 19 years. Now I live 100 miles away from there in Mo.
The care is so great. The staff is so dedicated, friendly and professional. Thank you so much

I had bladder cancer. The doctor and staff were great. Oh....the cancer is gone and the after care was just phenomenal.

Just took my husband into the Emergency Room. I was rudely asked to wait in the waiting room because I had kids. Obviously it was an Emergency or we wouldn’t be in the EMERGENCY room. 2 boys who are worried about their father. There was one other person on the other end of the emergency room. The only person they were bothering was the nurse. Some people have kids. Not every veteran is an old person without small kids. I’m not saying they have to have a play ground but dang. My husband wanted his kids there. Now he has to sit here alone while he waits for them to even decide where to start with testing. I understand that it’s not ideal to bring children to the ER but sometimes you are given no choice and they weren’t bothering anybody.
