my sister Betty was in ICU approximately 4 years ago and she was unresponsive. while in ICU she had 2 seizures due to the fact the nurse on duty did not have time to administer her a shot. I was there the whole time and later had to fill out a concern form with promises they would check it out and let me know what actions would be taken BIG JOKE. The follow up on actions was they would try to not let it happen again. Walk crawl or die on way to anywhere else better than here. had to give one star rating or i couldn't post. actually should be minus stars
This place is absolutely awful! My sister was sent here after a car accident and after they cleared her to go home, they were kicking her out rudely, telling her that she had to leave right away and could not stay there... Her clothes/shoes got soaked in the car accident and it was below freezing out, she was admitted due to the hypothermia and potential injuries but they were god awful while she was there and made her feel terrified. Last thing someone needs after a near death experience!
3 hours behind on a scheduled surgery. I understand things happen, but they never gave us any indication it would be that much of a wait! Unprofessional staff having personal conversations right outside rooms. Very filthy facility!! The doctor came in and asked why my Gram had 2 IVs, and the 2 nurses said "we don't know, I guess 2 is better than none". Who the heck says that? Every area seems so unorganized. I guess I feel like I came to a CIRCUS rather than a "hospital".
Terrible nightmare. This place needs investigated...please! It’s really an atrocity. Some of these doctors you would honestly think have zero schooling or experience in medicine. This review is coming from a family with many many doctors and PA’s. Thanks, LF
Went here for abdominal pain. Really bad abdominal pain. I kept throwing up pus tasting mucus and had a high fever. I told them what happened. I was in the waiting room for 15 hours before they saw me. 2 Days later I went home to L.A. for thanksgiving break, turns out I had a severe colon infection and needed serious antibiotics.
The doctor there had an accent and couldn't understand him at all. They all wear dirty scrubs and the place is REALLLLLYYYYYYYY dirty. Trash on the floor and the waiting room is very unclean. Honestly you're better off going somewhere else. Save yourself!!!
