Yesterday my son and daughter in law had their baby delivered at this hospital. I had no prior knowledge or experience with the maternity unit, but I have to say the nurses on that unit went above & beyond to do their jobs. They were kind and empathetic to my daughter in law, friendly, making sure to include grandparents in the wonderful experience. I would def. recommend the maternity unit at this particular location to others bringing their beautiful bundle of joy into the world!!!
Sarrah Goodreau is the best!! I have followed her from TN to KY that is how amazing she is! She treats her patients as if they are her own family that’s how caring she is about them! She takes the time to hear their problems and solves the issues! Wouldn’t trade my provider for the world!!!
Been here since 8am cause hubby was in pain, pucking, and etc. Get back to the room they give him nausea meds but no pain meds. The doctor says she can't. We r still waiting for her to do something saying she is trying to get him in a bed at the VA hospital. Seen her twice and its 3pm hasn't check on him nothing. I will never come to this hospital again. I will drive him to Nashville this is ridiculous. Some of the nurses are really nice
Only rated 1 because I had to.
My sister lost her baby at this hospital and she almost lost her life. 15 weeks pregnant and the baby had a subcronic hemorrhage, she went to the hospital because of contractions and bleeding. She was screaming and crying in pain from being in premature labor, Dr. even went in and told her she had to be quiet because she was scaring other paitents. She told the doctor and nurses she was having contractions, absolutely nobody believed her until the doctors and nurses heard her screaming because she had given birth. They also told the funeral home that my nephew Elijah, had already passed away but that wasnt true, he was alive and moving and breathing until the nurse ripped the chord without any word to my sister. She then had to stay longer for a blood transfusion. I will never step foot into those halls again. Ever.
An hour and a half of waiting still haven’t been seen so when I asked the nurse about it her response was “we don’t have any rooms open” yet not a single person has gone to the back sense I’ve been here and then I was in the small room getting my temperature taken the back door opend and I saw 2 nurses laid up on a bed just hangin out. Get it together people you have sick people and people in pain waiting over an hour just so you can relax. This is a hospital not a spa.
