Very poor service from the billing team. Several bills were not sent out to us, or post was returned. There were no follow-up calls, nothing, yet they very quickly referred them to Debt Collectors for repayment, with us having no knowledge of outstanding payments.
After contacting the hospital, I was told I needed to complete a form just to know what bills were outstanding - again, the form was not posted to us.
The final cherry on the cake was them sending us a bill for a date of service in May, with a Bill date of end of June, that had already been sent to the debt collectors! ridiculous!
Currently I would not recommend the hospital to anyone and from now on will no longer be using it.
Phone contact is appalling, no-one wants to help. All our bills were paid when sent to us! Email? no-chance, these people don't work in the 21st century. Oh, but you can fax things over. Because people use fax still...
I wouldn't recommend this hospital at all - I'd rather pay to travel further than use the hospital next door to where we live from now.
EDIT: Guess what! Still not sorted. No real desire to help, I'm actively trying to pay my bills and they don't seem to want the money! what a joke!
