I had a great experience here. I was involved in an accident that required triage and sutures on my face. I had literally zero wait time, saw a doctor within minutes of going in, and the care I received was top notch. Everyone was polite and kind, attentive and caring. Thank you to all that helped me!

Went there for multiple procedures in my life. I'm just getting home from one now. They have always taken wonderful care of me. they might be a little slow but that's just because they are completely overwhelmed with this year amount of patience they have to handle. That is to be expected, but I appreciate the tender care that they provided to me. This is my hospital choice.

My grandmother had to get something removed from her. Before the surgery, both she and I specifically told the surgeons that she has sensitive skin. Low and behold, the next day I checked up on my grandmother, she ended up with torn and revealed skin above her left and right eyelids, bruises on her neck, and a three inch open wound on her stomach, below her left breast, THE EXACT PLACE I TOLD THEM WAS THE MOST SENSITIVE AREA. The only reason these people are getting 3 stars is because shes still alive, otherwise i would have left 1 star and more than just a one paragraph review on the surgery alone.

Bloody terrible service u see doctors on the phones texting and nurses flirting instead of actually working .I waited for two hour just to tell them what was wrong .they finally put me in a room mind u I got the at 11 and didn’t get no help until 2:55am just to be asked the same question from this lady nurse.I told her I couldn’t wait no longer I got work soon. instead She gave me an attitude and told me to wait for some papers to sign to get discharged I waited until 3:50am and just left no point in waiting for papers Because they didn’t do anything except waste my time and patience.Like who take an hour to give some damn papers to sign !!!My advice just call your local doctor or go to another hospital these people obviously don’t care 🤷‍♀️ for sick people or people who need to get tended to !!!😡

By far the worst hospital in its area. It’s incredible that such a big hospital has such a small emergency room with such long waits 4,5,6 7 hours and nothing! We brought my 93 year old grandmother for dizziness, nausea and high blood pressure and still wasn’t seen within a decent time! I understand emergency rooms get crowded especially at night but something needs to be re-evaluated and there should be better protocols and procedures to provide everyone with the service they deserve.
