Amazing staff. Spent the day with a friend who was getting surgery. Overall pleasant experience. Pauline Wanjala was great and tolerated my friend's numerous absurd requests with great patience!!

I had a great experience here. I was involved in an accident that required triage and sutures on my face. I had literally zero wait time, saw a doctor within minutes of going in, and the care I received was top notch. Everyone was polite and kind, attentive and caring. Thank you to all that helped me!

Went there for multiple procedures in my life. I'm just getting home from one now. They have always taken wonderful care of me. they might be a little slow but that's just because they are completely overwhelmed with this year amount of patience they have to handle. That is to be expected, but I appreciate the tender care that they provided to me. This is my hospital choice.

My grandmother had to get something removed from her. Before the surgery, both she and I specifically told the surgeons that she has sensitive skin. Low and behold, the next day I checked up on my grandmother, she ended up with torn and revealed skin above her left and right eyelids, bruises on her neck, and a three inch open wound on her stomach, below her left breast, THE EXACT PLACE I TOLD THEM WAS THE MOST SENSITIVE AREA. The only reason these people are getting 3 stars is because shes still alive, otherwise i would have left 1 star and more than just a one paragraph review on the surgery alone.

By far the worst hospital in its area. It’s incredible that such a big hospital has such a small emergency room with such long waits 4,5,6 7 hours and nothing! We brought my 93 year old grandmother for dizziness, nausea and high blood pressure and still wasn’t seen within a decent time! I understand emergency rooms get crowded especially at night but something needs to be re-evaluated and there should be better protocols and procedures to provide everyone with the service they deserve.
