I will NEVER. I REPEAT. NEVER, come to this hospital again. Filthy is an understatement. Toilet in the ER was covered in feces and once I notified the nurse I got a “o ok”. Didn’t get up to check, didn’t page anyone to check it out... So basically my child and I had to wait to use the restroom until moved into another area, AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER. Very dated equipment and the hospital itself. The staff was friendly however they moved extremely slow. I will definitely travel further to be treated at SRMC if needed.

Today 17 Jul 2018 I was there and spoke with someone in triage regarding my family member. I was lied to about their where abouts and told other untrue information. It was a point less transaction and I still was directed according. Time is precious and this is the wrong place to waste this commodity. Your staff bad or busy days do not negate my concern for my family.

From ER to being admitted, my husband and I were very pleased with his care. Thorough testing, nurses were kind and attentive. In fact, most everyone was very friendly. Special shout out to Kelvin, one of our RNs. Awesome guy.
I had to add to this review. My husband has been to outpatient surgery 2x in the last month and is currently in the PCU. Both times in outpatient we had an absolutely wonderful nurse, Christine G. Her knowledge, compassion, and sense of humor was wonderful.
I could not be more pleased with the care here.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke. Double billing and incompetent clinical staff order unnecessary test, question why the test were ordered after you get there find nothing as they thought they would not (their words not mine) and then charge you twice for their error. I am all for being precautious but I also EXPECT when a mistake is made for the company to OWN it. NO, HELL NO your decision to go to medical school does not give you the authority to over and double charge me for an unnecessary procedure. Six months later, I am still getting billed or an unnecessary wellness prevention mammogram that was suppose to be of not cost is not running me upwards of over $200. Damn right I am pissed. Everytime I let it go I get a letter wanting more money. Do not go to this hospital unless you like being ripped off.

I strongly dislike this hospital I prefer Southside Regional. My Grandmother died here in December.
