Worst hospital in America. I just watched the staff slam I guy on the floor and restrain him for no reason at all. I've been here for 7 hours and haven't been seen at all. There are hardly any people here so it's not like there's a lot of people to be seen. All of the staff has been rude. This whole place should be investigated. And shut down. It's literally a joke. I wouldn't ever recommend anyone coming here for help . Please go to another hospital where you might actually get some help and have some decent human beings yo assist you.

Anyone who left a good review were A. Lying and B. Getting paid to lie. WORST HOSPITAL IN THE WORLD. Will write more but I have to pray about it first since I'm a Christian woman and might say something inappropriate.
Minus 10 stars.. they should be ashamed of themselves

There cafeteria employees are the worst people, I ever seen. They are rude disrespectful. As a customer their staff will see you standing in line will not acknowledge you what's so ever, then when you ask for something they have attitudes, you pick the job not me. If you dont like customers service you shouldn't be in that line of work. Then they will give you anything it's like they dont care. Where does these people come from of a street corner..So GHETTO. I was trying to have lunch in the cafeteria one of there employees laughing so loud it was very irritating and I mean she keep on non stop. This establishment is a place of business should have more respect for the place you work for and visitors that comes and patronize this establishment. WORST EVER. CAFETERIA LOOKS GREAT BUT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN IT MAKES IT LOOK BAD..

It is 6:43 in the morning right now I've been here since 2 a.m. I have not seen anyone I was given something for my nausea which I threw up I've seen about 20 people just get up and leave because the wait is so long at this point me and several people have been waiting and absorbing a lot of time and this is just unacceptable I'm actually feeling better on my own so I'm about to leave still sitting in the waiting room with several other people that look like they're on the brink of death the staff keeps coming out calling random names of people who have left and still have yet to call the people's names who are have been sitting here since I've got here the reviews are true this is one of the worst Hospital in America I have yet to see anything other than the waiting room or the triage I've been sitting here since 2 a.m. with my seven-year-old daughter haven't even been offered any water or warm blanket and still have yet to hear my name called to be seen for treatment this is awful and unacceptable please get somebody here to shut down this hospital or bring it up to standards because this is totally unacceptable people are going to end up dying in this waiting room I believe these people will leave you in the air in this waiting room for 7 days before someone will come and check on you that is the honest-to-god truth I believe they leave their patients in the emergency room until they decide to leave is literally 8:28 and no one has called my name yet I've been here since 2 a.m. 8:29 a.m. and I'm still waiting I guess I finally decided to leave the place about 9:30 I definitely have PTSD as stated by the other viewer this is ridiculous I'm so stressed out I need to see a damn counselor or psychiatrist or something like this place was absolutely horrifying I just want these people to know that I rather die than go back there

I would leave negative stars if I could. I made 2 DREADFUL trips to the JH ER. The first trip, I spent 14 hours in the waiting area with the homeless and drug addicts who use the place as a pit stop for the night, I was propositioned, offered money to sit on someone’s lap and cursed at. The “security” guards didn’t seem to be doing anything, in fact around 6 AM, one of them was asleep with his head on the front desk. After an agonizing and very long night, I was finally seen by a doctor. Most of the medical staff was okay, however, I found most of the doctors arrogant and dismissive. I was sent home with a diagnosis and continued to get sicker over the next 7 days. My PCP sent me back to the Bayview ER this time and he called ahead. Thankfully I was taken back almost immediately. I was again met with very arrogant doctors who stated I was not “sick enough” and I was not an emergency, I also felt belittled for “taking up space from someone who was REALLY sick.” I was discharged and given instructions to contact the surgeons the next day. I will NEVER go to any John Hopkins facility again. I was made to feel less than the homeless and drug addicts who I am sure they are not getting paid for. I do require surgery for my condition ASAP and am seeing a general surgeon in my community tomorrow. I don’t know how this AWFUL place has such a “wonderful” reputation!! I was treated terribly. I truly felt like I was in a third world country. SHAME ON THEM. They have forgotten the basic fundamentals of medicine and are completely ego driven. What a broken system.
