The staff was absolutely wonderful. The receptionist helped answer my questions and the dental assistant was super patient with me having my toddler with me. A lot of the ladies in the office took the time to sit with my daughter while i got my x-rays and went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable. I highly recommend Jordan Valley dental without a doubt!

Have always had a great experience with the dental department. I just live an hour away and wish I could get my appointment needs met all at one time instead of multiple trips. That is my only drawback, the distance!!!

Failure to act in patients best interest. Failure in putting patients welfare before finance. Failure to educate and or discuss post procedure steps fully. Failure to state warning signs and steps to be taken should signs become apparent.

for god first

I have had an impeccable history with my doctor and never really had a problem in over a year. I get a new job last minute start and had to cancel my appointment. Now, because of this I tried to call, cancel, and reschedule, but of course no one answered the phone in time. I end up showing as a missed appointment, called same day and finally managed to reach someone to explain and reschedule. Made my appointment, further out then what I have of meds, and ask if I can get enough meds to make it to the appointment. I got denied cause it's against policy, even though I've seen them do this for others. Then I decide to go in right as they open to explain, cause maybe the message didn't have all the details, and get called to the back to be treated like I'm a criminal. I've never done anything in all my time there, always on time, never asked/got meds early, clean u/A's, but they can make me wait hours to get seen, send prescriptions to the wrong place, see someone different and not be told, and sometimes feel rushed through. I gave 3 stars because this is the only time it's been bad, but it just goes to show you that they do what they want, nothing happens and it doesn't matter how good you are because they don't care as much as they say. Guess they don't want paid if seeing them is more important then a job.

After dealing with Access Family Care for over six months in Joplin MO, I decided to try my luck and come to the dental clinic. They scheduled an surgery appointment same day for my son, and are getting us back in before our temporary Medicaid runs out. Thankful for this clinic!
