I can't even describe the appreciation that I have for the Pediatric team at Jupiter Hospital. My daughter went in through the pediatric ER and ended up staying a few days. We were called right into the ER upon arrival where they immediately began diagnosing and caring for my daughter. Everyone from the ER to the 3rd floor pediatric unit went above and beyond to turn an unfortunate experience into a positive one. Brigitte is hands down one of the best nurses in the field! Dr. Prince was clearly born to be a pediatric physician! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our daughter!

Jupiter Medical Center check in staff was professional and quick to serve you. The night crew nurses are awesome. They made my little girl and our family feel very comfortable. Thanks Jupiter Medical Center.

Had to pick my grandmother up from the ER and she was not 100% coherent. They had 2 people in the ER working and not one of them lifted a finger to get up and help me. So I had to wheel her out with one of their wheelchairs, holding her walker, purse and belongings. While they just sat there and looked at me. To say I wasn’t happy is an understatement!!! Also she was in the ER for 5 hours and it was not even busy. It was her and one other patient. 5 hours!!!!!!!! I really don’t like Jupiter Medical center- and sadly I used to work there.

This place says they have a pediatric emergency room but do not waste your time. First, there was no one—literally no one—at the desk when we arrived and when we found someone to ask if there was anyone in pediatric emergency room it was as if I was asking for $1 million. After all the hassle, it seemed as if the doctors knew little about children’s care. Honestly, we should have gone to a bigger hospital that knew what they were doing. This hospital claims they are great but we certainly didn’t see it.

Let me start by saying the nurses here were amazing. I cannot say the same for the “doctors”. The doctor that delivered my son was great, however, the next couple of days I didn’t even see the doctor face to face. Probably because he insisted on DRUG TESTING ME for some reason, and it came back clean. He was convinced I was some sort of drug addict (maybe because of me and my boyfriends tattoos? Who knows!). I’m a good person with a normal life and never want to have another child because of the experience I had here. This is no joke. You can’t make this up. I even got off my antidepressants while pregnant because I was concerned it wouldn’t be good for the baby, even tho I was told it was fine to take. I DIDNT EVEN TAKE TYLENOL. The nurses kept on apologizing to me for the doctors behavior. They seemed embarrassed asking me to take a drug test. THEN I was told they lost my urine and wanted me to take one AGAIN. I didn’t get any sort of apology, or acknowledgment from the doctor because he was wrong. Then when it came time for pain medication, I was afraid to take it because I was feeling constantly judged FOR NO REASON. DO NOT DELIVER YOUR BABY HERE. There are much better hospitals and I regret choosing this one. I wish I could remember the doctors name, but like I said, I NEVER EVEN MET HIM. I’m pretty convinced he botched my child’s Circumcision as well, so that was really the icing on the cake.
