I wanted to take this opportunity to give a well deserved thank you to all the staff at the ER and the doctors and nurses.who go out of their way every single day. I have the misfortune of being a patient for surgeries and an ER attendant. I have never been disappointed and always been treated with the utmost care and attention. I can’t even begin to explain how well they do in every aspect of their expertise and the genuine care they take to facilitate your needs. I am very blessed and fortunate to live in Jupiter where we have the finest health care available. I would also like to thank the Palm Beach County Fire Department and the EMT unit for immediate response and their care and knowledge, of which I have experienced.
Thank you again and God Bless

I had minor surgery last week and I’m very impressed! The hospital has construction going on but didn’t affect the main entrance of finding parking. The staff is amazing from the pre-op staff and front desk, volunteers. I had a very early surgery and from the moment we walked in the extremely happy helpful volunteer greeted us and actually took us to the waiting area. The A/C was blasting and it was a bit chilly for some people but a lovely nurse or volunteer gave warm blankets for anyone patients or guests. I also saw them put out snacks and coffee cups later on for visitors, clean bathrooms. I’m sorry not remembering all the staff names from nurses, volunteers, doctors but a huge Thank You. I can honestly say I never experienced a better hospital. I had major back surgery and ER gallbladder surgery years ago at other hospitals the staff didn’t even come close to Jupiter Medical Center care. The post-op room staff was also amazing too! When I was ready to change and leave the nurse wheeled my whole bed to bathroom and had wheelchair waiting when I got out. I hope and wish everyone has a great experience especially going through a medical problem

The nurses(Nurse Noella, Nurse Brad, Nurse Kelsie) Dr.Jensen and Dr. Harrison were all more than pleasant , respectful and timely from beginning to end. They kept me updated through out the entire process which kept me calm. I would highly recommend this place.

Just wanted to thank the ICU staff for all that they did for my Mother, most notably Nurse Monica, Nurse Terri, Nurse Ashley, and Nurse Virginia. It takes a seriously dedicated and special person to do what they do. They each showed that compassion and loving care still exists. And for that I am so grateful. Thank you all so much! I wanted to give it 5 stars but unfortunately the parking situation is atrocious here, you have a valet lot that is all but empty and should be open to all. I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to relocate the 4 or 5 cars in the valet area and free up much needed parking spaces. Also, the cafeteria food was not the best. Cafeteria cooks / servers were not the most friendly or polite. If it weren’t for the compassionate care shown by the staff and Particularly the nurses with my Mother and our family, this would easily be 2 stars at best.

Hardly anyone in emergency room and almost an hour and no triage. After being told 15 minutes.
Two bored full time people doing financial induction and their nails, but no one in triage. That really tells the story about what matters to this hospital. Palm beach gardens hospital says 20 minutes. Looks like a better choice.
