My wife came in for bloodwork and waited for over an hour for an “available” lab tech while TWO techs were chatting instead of helping. My wife complained to a supervisor and instead of making my wife feel at ease she walked right up to her and says “we have more techs in the back you just can’t see them because the door is closed so your gonna have to wait or call your doctor yourself and reschedule your own labs”
one star because you can’t post without one.

This is the best Kaiser I have been to. I've been to the Hollywood one, the Pasadena one and now this one. The doctors here actually listen to you. They are polite and take the time to explain things to you. I am happy I made the switch to this Kaiser.

Stopped in for a Flue Shot. Great service.

Amazing atrium with sky lights. Groovy design for the waiting area.

A zen waterfall in the middle surrounded by river rocks. There's a Starbucks by the lake.

Very organized and efficient operation, wait time in the morning for Lab is about 10 minutes. Friendly employees drive the comfortable feeling s even in the context of hospital.

I really like this hospital, my little ones have their pediatrician there! We love Dr. Tran! She is awesome!
But in regard to adults, there are lots of concerns! This year I’ve been through a lot😨
Back on February I have septoplasty and they remove a mass I also had. The Dr said I was okay to go back to work after one week he removed the splint in my nostrils. I felt I was not ready to go back to work because I know at work I do lots of bending, pushing, pulling and lots of walking! Anyways, I listened to him and I went back to work even though I was feeling very dizzy, pain and nauseated! GUESS what!? 2 hours after being at work I couldn’t handle it and started feeling miserable, vomiting, headache and very dizzy. My manager sent me home. I rested but I kept vomiting all day and night. I ended up in urgent care! I was there for a complete day they noticed I was dehydrated and I received IV fluids and other meds. My question is .... why the Doctors don’t listen to patients!? 😡

Now I’m back with a different problem! Looks like this was not my year! I have 7 months going to kaiser for this problem after 5 months of suffering they decided to do surgery! Oh wow!!!
The problem still not resolved! The Dr order antibiotics for ear/throat infection when the problem is a deep tissue/skin infection. Oh Wow! 🤬
When is ask for a further treatment the Dr avoids the conversation!!!
My friends recommended me to change insurance as they did cause they didn’t like kaiser! Now, my family and I ..”Thinking of changing insurance.....
