I’ve been coming to this facility for as long as could remember. The care has improved in some areas. Though the psychological area needs more room as the number of times i went people had to find elsewhere to wait. The therapist were great and I’m grateful for the help I received. I had several issues in the er. With there not being enough rooms to the lack of help. I remember having to wait over an hour when I had had burst my ear drum along with having an infection that was untreated for almost 2 weeks. By the time I was seen I could barely manage talking due to the pain.

Free valet/assisted parking, friendly doctors and staff, usually not too much wait. Kaiser is really into using tech (app, emails, phone notifications, free WiFi) and I love it.

My husband came in through the ED with a broken foot, he was brought back from the waiting room and placed in a HALLWAY he asked for pain medication multiple times they wanted X-rays done before giving him any pain relief. He was sent to X-ray were the tech bent and twisted his foot to get the X-ray’s wanted while he was in excruciating pain. The tech finished with him and wheeled him to the hall told him they would be back to get him. Once finally back in his original hallway spot the doctor looks at the X-ray and sees what a major break he has, he doctor was almost in a panic he could not get the podiatrist there fast enough. After an hour he was given pain medication. The podiatry staff and first year doctors worked given him multiple injections in the foot to numb it so they could try and set the break all while in the hallway. The nurse after all this time says maybe we should move him into this room, the whole time he was in the hallway the room he was parked in front of was vacant. He was rushed into surgery and then 2 days later had to have another surgery. The staff that we experienced here was either over worked or just didn’t want to be here. There are so many more situations we experienced here that were just so unexceptable. I have been a Kaiser member for 40 years born here I’m also a Kaiser employee of 17 years and to have an experience at a place I trust, I did not feel like I was at Kaiser!!

Patient care is going down the hill... now front desk person is tell you, "oh rude patient is here". I did complain about that person but nothing happened... it is very disturbing and disappointing.

Im highly disappointed with psychiatry department at Fremont kaiser permanente. Psychiatrist here only deals with prescribing medicines only. No follow ups are required here..got letter in email about info on appointment but the letter wasn't sealed.
