We have received excellent care by the doctors there several times. In addition, the ER has delivered great care when we’ve needed it. Kaiser is the only 5 star Medicare approved program for seniors in California. We’re very satisfied!

No help when I was middle of my health disaster. I wish I could give them zero star. Only good thing was the coffee shop at the first floor. They are really nice people and sell nice coffee and cookies.

Kaiser quality is declining, I been a Kaiser patient for 26 years and I can confidently say Kaiser sucks. Dr. Ngaou is the least motivated doctor I have ever had the unpleasant encounter of meeting. I had 8 doctor appointments with him in 1 month and everytime he would completely ignore my health concerns (and I had to pay a copay every visit). He didnt even try to figure out what my health problem was. His emails are full of spelling errors and dont even make sence. I have screen shots to prove it. This doctor is garbage, and so is Kaiser for employing him. I had to go to a different doctor that actually had common sense, got a blood test and got one step closer to solving my health issue.

I was impressed with my visit to the Emergency Dept, very quick check-in and the staff got my X-Rays started immediately so when the doctor was available I wouldn’t have to wait longer. Great compassionate team, special props to Dr. Christian and to Sam who helped with my splint, very professional, helpful and empathetic. Thanks!

Kaiser is absolute trash. They dont listen and or dont care. They recommend you to lesser companies and are unable to provide any reliable therapist. I called and left a message only to wait 2 weeks and not receive any contact. The best thing that can happen for kaiser is for it to shut down. Spending hours on the phone with rude and uninformed reps is triggering and I feel like I have regressed in mental health since deciding to take advantage of my health care. I've been a member since November of last year and have not received an actual medical card and kaiser has told me they are unable to send me one currently but has no idea why they never sent me one to begin with. Between this location and the Richmond one it's a coin flip on who is the bigger disgrace to mental health. -5 stars. 1 is way to many and zero is still too much.
