If I could give this kaiser negative stars. I would give them negative 10 stars .very unprofessional service in the emergency room, they let security officers ask patients about patience privacy,a security officer was asking me about my personal medical stuff.the emergency room just puts you in a tiny room an they forget about you,I called customer service an they said they were going to look into the situation an they never did.kaiser is all about the money not the patients health, who ever has kaiser change a.s.a.p if you care about your health.do not go to the kaiser emergency room in panorama city,it’s a death zone.an customer service very very very unprofessional, they just don’t care about the patients.

I found the personnel from the floor staff, nurses, doctors and administrators to be competent through very busy times but appropriately attentive as required from the ER to the hospital to the post-operative clinic. I, unfortunately, have been hospitalized many times but, if neccessary, this is one of the best to which I've been admitted.

This hospital has to have some of the worst nurses. Simple questions like "Do you know where we can find a wheelchair?" or "Can my 90 year old grandmother waiting almost 3 hours in the ER have a blanket?" are met with so much attitude, arguing and long winded lectures about how important they believe their job is... Do your job, don't complain about, don't explain it, just do it and keep it simple. You're here to help people.

I think everyone should appreciate that if it weren’t for them some of us would’ve been dead by now. Humans want always MORE AND MORE AND MORE, and guess what you all, life isn’t perfect and neither lasts forever so appreciate what you have and thank them that at least you get to go to the hospital and be treated. There’s so many other countries and/or people that wished they could have health care. PLEASE PEOPLE APPRECIATE!!!!
