Kaiser Foundation Hospital – Panorama City

If I could give this kaiser negative stars. I would give them negative 10 stars .very unprofessional service in the emergency room,they let security officers ask patients about patience privacy,a security officer was asking me about my personal medical stuff.the emergency room just puts you in a tiny room an they forget about you,I called customer service an they said they were going to look into the situation an they never did.kaiser is all about the money not the patients health,who ever has kaiser change a.s.a.p if you care about your health.do not go to the kaiser emergency room in panorama city,it’s a death zone.an customer service very very very unprofessional,they just don’t care about the patients.

Very good place, some people isn't very nice but most of them are very good.

Hey attend badly and don’t know how to treat sick people. The people working there are the worst I have ever experienced. Never go there

My son was born here at this Kaiser and i loved every minute i was there the Nurses and Doctors took GREAT care for my wife and healthy baby boy during pregnancy, i feel safe going to this Kaiser knowing my family will get great service. Thank you so much may the GOD up above bless every human soul working at this Kaiser Permanente Hospital.

Public bathroom no have changing tables its meaning if u have baby u can leave it at home. I'm waiting in emergency rooms over one hour not only me many people waiting like me its meaning if u sick u can die first before you go or go to another hospital bad worth service for ever .and after all is this the camera inside the room
