Kaiser Foundation Hospital, Riverside

I've been going to this clinic for 27 years and have never found it unclean. I've also found the medical care excellent. I vaguely recall an interaction with an intake person where she was rather short with me. No biggie, didn't crush my soul. One of the most important visits I had was after I was in a MC accident and didn't realize how badly I was hurt, the excruciating pain really set in while I was waiting. I got their attention and was given a morphine shot. Once I was seen I was given another one as the pain increased with the swelling. They've always been responsive to me.

Fantastic clinic in a great location. I've visited this location multiple times, most recently two weeks ago. The staff is kind, friendly, and attentive. During my visits, I've almost never had to wait and have been able to see a provider very quickly. They accepted my insurance with no issues (and a low copay!). I highly recommend this urgent care as my go to provider in the area.

Always busy but the doctors and nurses provide the best health care and they are caring towards their patience.

I was there Yesterday early evening. No surprise that it was packed given the season. Robin the nurse that helped me was so sweet and caring. I was there hours and she was the same the whole time to all. I am so grateful for such amazing service. I will say everyone I cam across was very nice and I was grateful for Dr Ramos as well.

Everyone in this facility was extremely rude. This facility was also filthy and disorganized.
