My niece has breast cancer diagnosed March of 2018 thru September 2018 while under the care of the oncology, surgery, palliative care units this hospital is he MOST negligent hospital system ever if you are diagnosed with any life threatening illness I would NOT entrust your care to this hospital system they do NOT know what they are doing! She went to the ER several times at which time her breast cancer was active and their response was do not come back unless it is an emergency.....where did this docs go to school ...once again Negligence is what this hospital it about they do not deserve one star!!! AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!

The hospital is nice, clean, and the upgrades they’re doing are coming out great! Staff is also fast and helpful, I checked in with the receptionist with no wait and as soon as I got upstairs they were already calling my name to see the doctor. Its also awesome that John is reading the reviews and suggestions to help make things better! Most businesses don’t care.

I am only posting 1 star because this is the only way I can write this. April/May my father-in-law began his process to see Ramon Aguilar Grijalva MD the orthopedic surgeon to have a hip replacement. He went through the whole process making sure he was clear of infection going to the dentist, everything in preparedness for the surgery. Believing that this surgery would happen in a reasonable time. Well they are telling him that this is considered at Elective Surgery.REALLY??? I don’t understand how hip replacement is considered an elective surgery.
Since then he has been rushed to the hospital with pain and dehydration. Spent 28 days in a skilled nursing facility because that’s all Kaiser will pay for and is currently in a board and care. That family is paying for because it is unsafe for him to be home. AND Still Waiting For Surgery. OH! We finally did receive a surgery date it’s on NOVEMBER 12!
We truly don’t know if he will make it.
My father in law has gone from a strong independent man to a man who is weak, depressed and defeated.
He has put his trust in Kaiser as his health care provider and this is how he is been treated.
Shame on you Kaiser.
Perhaps I should lay him next to a auto and say he was injured in an accident?, Then it would not be considered elective surgery!!!

Was there from 10 in the morning till 3:30 for urgent care to bring a real provider from another facility. The urgent care is horrible the nurses are all standing around hiding around the corners gossiping, spewing negativity apon patients they need real caring loving nurses to be a right candidate to be a nurse not ignorant brainless individuals who must've " prayed " to get the position. Worst experience ever 10/15/18 kaiser needs to step up there management and have people make sure these nurses actually do something and do what there their to do.
