Kaiser Foundation Hospital – San Francisco

Leaving Kaiser all together had respiratory problems leaving them next open enrollment! They didn't handle my medical needs when I needed them the most. I will be reaching out to state and federal regulators so they can hold kaiser to a better standard this is not acceptable......

My experience with Kaiser has been good for the most part. I can usually get an appointment next day or within a few days depending on what it's for. The in-house Pharmacy is very efficient which is really helpful and the facilities are top-notch.

Not a bad place to have heart valve replacement surgery. The team prepares for your arrival months ahead and they monitor your status constantly. They do a great job replacing heart valves using less invasive methods that hurts A LOT LESS and makes recovery fast. It's life saving and you will live longer. This team has perfected the procedure, and even high risk people can survive the operation and have more time with their loved ones. As a Kaiser member, you will have a low co-pay, and walk out feeling better in a few days. High end medicine for sure. The doctors and nurses are friendly and explain everything to you and your friends and family. The nurses do an exceptional job caring for patients. Your friends and family can hang out in the various waiting areas and enjoy a nice view. "The food here is also not that bad" 🙂 says a 75 year old patient.

Worst medical center for office visits and pharmacy refills. There are NO signs showing where to go for non Hospital issues. The construction is causing confusion. I wasted my lunch coming here not being to find the department I needed. This is the worst Kaiser MC in the Bay.

I’ve never had a negative experience at Kaiser SF. Ben Cox is an amazing Primary Care Physician.
