Excellent medical facility with lots of parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an urgent care appointment and were taken in with a wait of only a few minutes. The doctor, medical staff, and front desk person were all extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, as one would anticipate a hospital to be, and it was easy to find everything with well-marked signage.

The lab is awesome. 10 minutes in and out. The blood draw tech hit my vein on the first try which is super rare for me. Awesome staff

I called Labor and Delivery for a question I had regarding my baby's health and instead of reassuring me or letting me know i should come in the lady on the phone blew off my question and said to ask my OB if i have any other questions ( I was advised to call Labor and Delivery for any questions i thought were emergent and my OB is on vacation!) Not even sure i want to deliver my baby here anymore I'd rather have a staff that is worried about my health and willing to respond to my questions with an adequate answer.

I had a horrible experience and horrible remediation with this Kaiser in particular. I was having heart issues and called Kaiser, a nurse said they thought I was having blood clots, and to go to urgent care to get checked for them. Urgent care said they can't do it (I'm onsite), and I have to go to the emergency room to get checked for blood clots. I asked the front desk could I have the service that I was told to come to Kaiser for in the first place. They confirmed. I did not get checked for blood clots. But I was given a 325.00$ emergency bill. I disputed the charges 3 times but was denied every single time. I was told to go to Kaiser for a procedure, went where I was told to go for said procedure, and wasn't given said procedure. But was given an astronomical bill.
