had to go to an annual meeting here. i remembered from past visits, the floor, the room, etc due to it being an easy hospital to get around in. the staff is friendly and well versed is where things are, and willing to go the extra mile if you need anything to get you to your destination quickly. it is well maintained both inside and out, and cleaner than a lot of medical facilities i've been in both as a patient or a visitor.

Preventative healthcare is a primary concern. They are the best. There are some very talented physicians there. Have had everything from routine care to a shoulder replacement. I have no problems with Kaiser.

This review is all about the amazing Ophthalmology Dept. First, our cousins went, discovered one nurse, Jan, who was off the charts calming and professional. Aunt and uncle transferred to SSF...Jan was their guiding light for 20 yrs...wonderful bedside manner with wit and charm. Our family followed suite, and became part of the huge fan club for Jan. It’s a hike to get there for us...so worth it. Our family has been patients for over three decades.

Terrible billing system!!!!! I suddenly got a letter from a debt collector, it said the billing statements sent to me were returned as undeliverable by the post service. While I did received a survey letter and this collection letter, which means my address is correct. And the due amount is WRONG!!!! It doesn't match the claims from my insurance provider! Guess what? They FORGOT to submit part of the claims to my insurance! They skipped my insurance and then charged me for about $1000!!! When I called them myself, the representative answered as this is none of their business!!! I couldn't figure out this until my insurance provider contact them. The most terrible experience I ever had with a hospital bill. Don't go there unless you don't care about your money and your credit report!!

Awful service. I’ve gone here FIVE TIMES and demanded a specific bacterial test be done after being outright denied it by Dr. Tsen. Unsurprisingly the test came back positive and I’ve missed two weeks of work. Week four now after antibiotics and still not better. Getting anyone to help you here is like pulling ******* teeth!
