Kaiser has an inaccurate overcharge based on incorrect data, post-delivery of my new child. After multiple attempts and feedback, they acknowledged but have still not reverted the inaccurate charges and are pushing me to pay for it. I expect such a big name Kaiser to make corrections quickly but they are dragging their feet which is a huge disappointment.

I have to say I am completely disgusted with the behavior of one of the people in the ortho department named Rayleena. When she assumed there was noone around she has the foulest mouth for someone supposed to be at work, I can hear her badmouthing and making inappropriate remarks against one of her coworkers in a harrasing manner. I can't see how someone with such an unprofressional behavior can be employed. I would hope she is terminated or at least reprimanded for her completely improper behavior.

The ER privacy is a joke. Sitting here I know everybody's issues and why they are here and details that should be private.

Always booked. Heard from them that there is no appointment available for a week even a phone call. Very disappointed. Had to drive 40 minutes to urgent care in Pleasanton instead. Kaiser ! We pay you, you have to manage your resources to be available for us at least on next day always.
