Everyone was very nice from start to finish. Called to check up on me later and sent a thank you note too.

Worst hospital in 3 counties . Main thing they care about is payment , way overstaffed in most departments, its a business and you're the meat . Better off going to the dixon veterinary hospital. I'm telling ya , it's not worth half the erroneous prices they force on unsuspecting " patients " . Go to cgh in sterling. Save yourself and your family and your money

I liked this hospital til I go in for hitting my head. Have terrible migrain from hell. I ask for something and I'm told just take Tylenol...really!? I told nurse Tylenol doesn't work ...then she says well we don't give narrcotics...did I fkn ask for one!? No!!! She asked what I wanted...I said fioricet because it usually helps...nope got to take Tylenol she said. Also im on a blood thinner..so hopefully the Excedrin I took doesn't hurt me since its an Nsaid and could do more fing damage!!!

Came here for the birth of my niece. I traveled all the way from Chicago so it wasn’t a short drive. I get to the hospital and almost every door was closed. I had to enter from the emergency entrance. I finally get to the room and everything was fine until the nurses changed shift. Out night nurse was Ashley, she seemed kind at first but as the night progressed I became highly unsatisfied with the service. My sister had her baby at about 3 am; after everything was settled I was planning on sleeping. We already had a bed in the room but it was occupied so I asked for an extra bed; we had enough room to make it fit but Ashley didn’t seem to understand that I just needed a few hours of sleep before I could go back home. She insisted that there wasn’t any extra beds but there was one in the hallway. I ended up laying down on the floor and then Ashley came in the room again; she was questioning whether I was of age because she “couldn’t tell”. She reminded us that we had to be of age to stay the night; everyone that stayed was over 18. I felt so disrespected by being questioned and the service could’ve been better. We had no problems with any other nurses.

My recent, and past experiences at KSB facilities and hospital have been really exellent. My most recent experience was having to go to the emergency room and then later was admitted. From start to finish I felt heard, was treated compassionately, and felt surrounded by a professional, educating, and solution focused team. If you are looking for a physician, Dr. E. Bocker would be a smart choice. All that being said, I had emergency services, an x-ray, a cat scan, and respiratory care and all departnents provided speedy and thoughtful services. The CNA's brought comfort and cheer to my room daily. Finally, if you are looking for quality care, I don't think you can go wrong at KSB.
