As the time draws closer to KMC closing it saddens me. I will miss my friends there , I hope that KMC will keep in mind how much this is effecting all our lives . We have become a family there. And in all families we may fuss and argue but no one else can treat them bad . let’s all show some class and go out with our heads held high we are better than that.

I have almost perfect credit and they just sent a bill I knew nothing about to collections. They also gave me a doctor's who was out of network even though they were in network...now they are saying I owe a huge chunk of money that my insurance won't pay....what a joke.

If I could give no stars, I would. Went in a couple months ago with bad back pain. Scanned me, told me I had a kidney stone and a UTI. Gave me some pain meds and an antibiotic and told me to go home. I asked if I should see a urologist, or get the stone out? They said, no need if the stone isn't causing problems.

HELLO--wth was I in your HOSPITAL FOR???

A couple months pass and I'm in the worst pain ever. This time I decide to go to Baptist Floyd in New Albany. Not only is it the kidney stone, but they tell me I need lithotripsy and at least refer me out to a urologist. I was also told, at Floyd, and by a doctor that goes to my church, to avoid KMH like the plague. Any time you need to go to a hospital, go to a real hospital, not this band-aid station--Go to Clark Memorial or Baptist Floyd.

This place is practically a human slaughterhouse. Why they ever believed my nearly 90 year old grandmother could survive open heart surgery is beyond me.
