I had a C-section here on 08/01/2019 The staff was the friendliest and most supportive group of people I’ve ever encountered. My spinal block went beautifully, the nurses truly cared about my baby and I. The hospital was wonderful and I would definitely recommend giving birth in this hospital!

My father had suffered for two years with a fractured hip and they sent him home. He had fallen twice in a week and they found out he was dehydrated....no fluids was given to him... told me to give him bananas and Gatorade.Really???? An elderly person who lives alone and you send them home after a fall.... since when? No iv was given either. Why is it that proper is given to some and not all? Isn't everyone important? Aren't we ALL created by one God.

I have never been with a loved one for outpatient surgery where they are brought back to the room in severe pain. Then was made to feel as though we had to hurry and get out because we were only supposed to be in the room for 30 minutes to an hour after arrival. Earlier in life I made my family promise to never take me to a hospital other than LGMC or UMC. Now, I don’t want to come here after what we experienced. Even the disposition of some the workers isn’t cordial. I don’t know what happened to this facility, but I’m greatly disappointed. Did they grow too fast and forget about what’s really important? Patients and their loved ones!!!

If I could give 0 stars i would. It sad when you dont know if you will live walking into a hospital anymore. You tell them what's wrong and ask how long the wait is going to be and they say 30 min and you look a little while later and an hour has passed. This is sick and not to mention the woman comes out to do a urine sample on your highly dehydrated child only to tell us it's going to be 2 or 3chour wait. Sad I would not have stayed knowing that. Waste of time. I left with my daughter. Best hospitals aren't here anymore

I want to thank all the staff who took exceptional care of my husband in room 637 for the last week in a half. There were some rough nights and the nurses were right there on top of everything always trying to make my husband comfortable. Latoya, Megan, Amanda, Coco, Tracy, Karen, Kaitlyn thank you.
