All of the employees were very professional and knowledgeable of their respective jobs. I was very pleased with my experience at this facility.

My baby was born with under developed lungs in our town 2 hours away. We chose this NICCU bec it was closer to my husband's job. The Doctors nurse took a helicopter to come get our baby girl and fly her back to Lake Charles. They never once made me feel ridiculous for calling at hours of the night and day when I couldn't be with her they gave us a room to stay a few nights in when we came to visit her and the hours of visiting were open to us I love the NICCU doctor and every nurse my baby had during her stay. You can tell the NICCU staff really care and your baby is more than just a paycheck to them. She was only there a few weeks, but they were all amazing people the whole time and made sure we understood her treatments. Very clean and living place.

I've come here several times over the passed 4 years and have always been treated well. This will be my second time checking into the ER for a Rhogam shot. When I walked in no one was standing at the ER check in station, a man who was obviously in distress walked in right after me, after I was called to this rude woman who OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T WANT TO BE AT WORK, I told her there is a man in a wheelchair who looks to be distressed. She literally did nothing. He sat there for around 10 minutes like that. How is this woman even employed in an ER???

My grandson had severe stomach cramps. They had to wait over an hour to see a doctor and instead it was a nurse practitioner. They took x-rays and diagnosed him with a stomach ache! The Childrens Clinic took their own X-rays the next day and found a bowel obstruction!! Not the first time we’ve been mid-diagnosed there but it will be the last!!

DR "S GIVE you meds that you don't need, ask for cold meds and get dirraha meds...only 2 good doctors I've met over 5 yrs of going to ER that are caring .these people don't wanna work, snobish attitudes
