My mom was transported to the ER recently & then admitted to the hospital. They quickly diagnosed her & sent her upstairs for further observation. During her stay the CNAs & nurses have been attentive & caring. Also the rehab staff were very caring & the food was good. The doctors have been informative. However, We have had trouble getting authorization for transfer to a rehab facility which seems to be due to insurance. This has caused a longer stay in hospital than is necessary.
We took my daughter there last afternoon because she had an abscess. 22 months old. Waited 4 hours to be seen and another 1 hour to be discharged. Left around midnight.
Doctor didn’t even run a culture on the abscess—called the pediatrician this morning and he should have.
Went to the pharmacy this morning to fill some antibiotics and the prescription was filled incorrectly.
I will never go to this hospital again. I’m appalled at the treatment we were given by the nurses and the nurse practitioner.
1 Star because I can’t leave 0.
My wife recently had a surgical procedure and we had to stay overnight. The facility was nice, the staff was wonderful and the food was suprisingly not terrible. There is even a Starbucks in the lobby. All in all a fantastic experience.
I'm putting this specifically for the ER. Brought my child in this morning for rolling off the bed and hitting her head pretty hard sat in the waiting room so long she fell asleep then finally went back. The PA sat at the desk on the computer for about an hour. Waited and waited for him to check on my child and nothing and went to ask he still had 3 people ahead of me to do.
Had a great hip replacement experience with Dr. Bradley Ellision . The whole staff was top notch from the time I arrived until departure. Thanks so much LNRMC!!!
