3D Mammography at The Lake Norman Imaging Center is top-notch! The center itself is so impressive, more a spa-like feel than your average medical office. Both the front desk and clinical staffs are consummate professionals who exude a welcoming approach to their patients. The breast health navigator and mammogram technologists are advocates for the patient, and, from personal experience, they care!

I am sitting in the ER right now and I KNOW I'll have plenty of time to write this review.
My 14 yr old daughter was admitted to the ER 4 days ago due to mental health issues.
I. HAVE. NEVER. COME. ACROSS. SUCH. INHUMANE. PEOPLE. IN. MY. LIFE!!!😭

The way I as her mother was treated and was talked to over the last 2 days of her stay was just DISGUSTING!! All the case workers, social workers, and even some of the nursing staff should be ashamed of yourselves, ESPECIALLY if you are mothers yourselves!

I hope one day someone returns the favor back to you! When your child is mentally ill, your family is being torn apart, and you are trying to get the best treatment in place for your child - I PRAY someone gives you compassion, respect, and a smidgen of kindness!!! The EXACT OPPOSITE OF HOW I WAS TREATED! I've never been more disrespected and verbally insulted in my life.
Shame on you all...
I will shout this experience from the roof tops to everyone!

By the way, I'm writing this in the ER waiting room. My daughter was discharged over an hour ago. We're sitting here waiting for them to retrieve a book that she left behind. Yes, it takes over an hour to go walk 30 ft and give us our book back.

Why do this to us? Why continue to treat us poorly? She's out of your hair and has been discharged. Just let us wash our hands of you all.

My Dad recently came through the ER with an extremely high blood sugar. The ER was slammed, but they took great care of my Dad and got him up to CCU quickly. Even though my Dad is a difficult patient, the nurses in CCU were outstanding with him. The doctors explained everything and got him back on the right track. After 3 days of exceptional care, he was finally able to go home. I'll bring my family back to Lake Norman Regional anytime.

*review of: EMERGENCY ROOM SERVICES*
I have a weird form of seizures that cannot be treated with medication. Because of this I end up in the hospital quite often (usually for concussions). And for that type of thing, protocol is pretty basic. The staff is a little slow, but they're good at basic protocol. Then it was my sister in the hospital with a major overdose. They had no idea what to do. They were literally googling, and calling other hospitals asking what you were supposed to do with a drug overdose. It was about 2-3 hours before she got treatment. Long story short, she was moved to a different hospital but didn't make it. The staff here (for the most part) are kind and care. But the experience they have is for very basic problems. If you have something "unique" or genuinely a life or death situation I'd recommend somewhere with better trained staff.

I was most recently in the hospital for my third delivery nearly 8 years after second one. I was so scared and unsure about expectations, even though I had done it twice before- however, I was treated like a new mom which I loved! Everyone in women’s services was so kind, patient and understanding- never once did I feel silly for asking questions that I’d somehow forgotten from years ago. There are So many wonderful things I could say regarding my stay- from The nurses, nursing assistants in labor and delivery/postpartum- Debbie the housekeeper, Phyllis in dietary- and of course our wonderful doctors! We are so very fortunate to have such a wonderful, community hospital with 5 star service! Thank you LNRMC!
