Lake Wales Medical Center

I was admitted on 9/6/19 - 9/9/19 and I truly appreciate and caring of all the staff's from the Emergency and to the third floor nurse's, general staff's where I was admitted for taking care of me. All the nurse's and Doctor's that work in the third floor in the 314 room where I was work very hard and extremely excellent. I cannot complaint anything in my stay and Hospital. I truly want to Thanks All for all you have done for me in my days caring in the Hospital stay. Lake Wales Hospital have Awesome staff's.

I been having an awesome experience here. I'm here with my mom she is in so much pain that she could barely talk. the girl on the front Kim was so nice and efficient and fast pace to work with us really understanding and caring for my mom hospitals need more people like her will add more to the comment once the doctor see us

I was in this hospital a year ago. Nursing needed help and the food was bland. But the housekeepers and Dr's were great. Last week, came in to see a family member near where I was a year ago. I was disgusted to see that there was trash in his floor and behind his door even though he hadn't moved. We turned on his light to look at his paper guide and the light was COVERED in dust. Then, to top it off, his housekeeper came in, said her name and that she was gonna clean. Yeah right. She was there all of 2 minutes. She cleaned to commode, wiped his table, took a trash bag, and left. Said she would be back. That never happened. When I went home I saw a lot of the rooms looked that way. The nurses were fantastic this time. Always real kind. I stuck around to speak to the supervisor for housekeeping since she was real nice to me when I was there. But no one came. I got told by another person they she ain't there no more. I ain't gonna lie, it kinda thought so by the way it looked and that I ain't seen her. She was always around and always made it a point to ask me if EVERYTHING was okay not just if it was clean. I hope they git it back to clean. At least his nurses took good care of his room and were real friendly. It's a shame they got to though, they already have a lot to do. The only reason I did 3 stars was his nurses, them ladies work so hard and are so sweet. Yall need more like em.

Quick and plesent. Dr. Masih and staff were all great and got us taken care of quick. There was not 1 patient besides us anyways.

Most respectful staff kind , caring the wait for my emergency was quick 10 min I was in to see a nurse and hooked up to an i.v I had heat stroke and the stall saved my life and my kidneys thank you for your dedication to your jobs nurse Randall was excellent
