Still here. Staff are nice, friendly and informative if you ask them questions. Facilities are good not perfect or new but clean. Rooms are spacious and the visitor night bed are comfortable. Nothing like a real bed but good.
Night ER triage nurse was very quick and efficient, Night ER MD and Nurse were both excellent and kind, also thorough with assessments. MD sat and explained plan of care. Very comforting. Overall ER experience was excellent. Called in the following morning for followup questions regarding discharge paperwork. Mrs Lopez receptionist who answered the phone interrupted me while I was speaking and attempted to transfer me prior to me even completing my first sentence. I actually had to say “I’m not done talking” so she could listen to what I was saying, she then proceeded to transfer me to ER without saying she was going to or so much as a please hold. At ER I was placed on hold, did not receive a name of woman who answered, I was then hung up on, so I called back, spoke with Rudy RN, who instead of offering to answer my questions about follow up care said to me “did you receive, discharge paperwork?” To which I informed him I did but had questions. His response “ I don’t know it should all be on your paperwork.”. I really hope I never have to deal with LMC staff during the day. Smh.
I went in with the flu and COPD. the ER was slammed. But my nurses were amazing. Especially ms. Jasmine. She made my time in the ER almost fun and I appreciate that. She loves here job and it shows. Thank you so much!
This hospital is terrible would not recommend it to anyone. Nurses needs more training on treating their patient. Food service also need to improve.
Took my brother on an emergency run for kidney stones. Fast service and great friendly staff.
