I have been here for more than 2 1/2 hrs just to register and get blood drawn. The girl in the front desk was clueless where I was in line and couldn't even find my paperwork. They need a better organizational system. What they have in place is not working. It only works if you are not clueless on what is going on and love your job. Then to top it off, older patients (2 couples to be exact) that are here were called by their buzzer and then same girl decided that she called the wrong person and returned them to their seats. Very unorganized. The young lady needs an attitude adjustment as well. Think she is only here for a pay check. Only reason I came to Laredo Medical is because the Doctor the VA sent me too no longer sees patients at Doctor's Hospital. Just horrible. Won't be back after this visit ever.

Still here. Staff are nice, friendly and informative if you ask them questions. Facilities are good not perfect or new but clean. Rooms are spacious and the visitor night bed are comfortable. Nothing like a real bed but good.

Had an excellent experience getting my lab work at LMC. Friendly staff and the ability to register in advance made this a fast and efficient experience!

If I can give this hospital no stars I would. Worst hospital staff ever very rude and they do not care for their patients. My father went in this hospital due to having hard time breathing, ended up catching sepsis somehow and died. Hospital staff wouldn’t even allow us to be in his room while he was dying.
