Recently had a procedure done at this hospital. Was told afterward that they no longer are able to do part of the testing that my neurologist needed. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have had this done somewhere else. The lab was also suppose to save a sample for up to two months for any further testing that was needed. This was all confirmed and clarified prior to the procedure. We asked that the saved portion be sent to another facility to complete the test my doctor originally ordered. None was ever saved. Didn't get the information that was needed. Missed work as did my husband and ended up with a big bill. Interestingly the billing to my insurance (over 14,000 dollars) and processing my payment was done without error, prior to procedure. Numerous letters and calls to several departments has wielded no explanation or call backs. I am not holding my breath.

I went here yesterday to have kidney stones removed, of all the hospitals I have been to, this is by far the best place I have experienced by 10 fold. Every. Single. Staff member was absolutely phenomenal.

First time going here for surgery and I was very impressed. Staff was excellent caring and professional. I was given a time to be there and I was seen before that time. I received excellent care every step of the way Before, during and after my operation. Each staff member introduced themselves and explain their roll in the process. I have two more operations to do and I’ll use this place again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks
