I walked in @ 1:30 pm for a deep cut on my finger needing 3 stitches . I bleed for 4.5 hrs before receiving stitches and I did not walk out until 6:15 pm . DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON !!! ANY OTHER HOSPITAL IS WORTH THE DRIVE DISTANCE !!!

You better off dying then coming here, waited 6 hours and the doctor came in for 30 seconds to confirm what i already told him i have and didnt prescribe nothing, this was a total waste of time. DONT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT.

My father was in this hospital in 2004. This has to be one of the worst hospitals ever!

First time going to the emergency room. I was was in so much pain. My family asked for a wheel chair. The staff directed her to the other side and stated a nurse will meet her outside with the wheel chair for me. I struggled to walk to the other side as I notice the staff from the ER where we were going sat and watched us as we struggled to find the entrance. When I just couldn't walk any more I told my family to go inside and ask for a wheel chair. She was instructed I need to come inside that entrance. She asked again for a wheel chair. I realised my family came outside to me with no chair and told me the staff said I need to come in this entrance. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My pain was at a 10 as I cried in pain. As I tried to get it together to wall in that entrance a lady from front desk came with a chair. She told me to sit in the chair. " Are you pregnant?" Let me get u processed and in the computer" she push me in the chair to her desk. At this point I am in tears. She asked for I'd, insurance card, Social security. Which I tried my best to give her but it wasnt easy. She asked the triage nurse if she was ready for me. She instructed my family to push me in the room. The nurse is doing my vitals and talking on her phone which is her watch. How unprofessional. The staff in the front provided no customer service at all. No empathy. When I got to my room. The nurse Kelly and Dr. Vegas was awesome.

I live right next to this hospital and enjoy driving the extra 30 minutes to the next nearest one, just to avoid this despicable place. Who ever is running this hospital should be fired..
