My daughter got her blood drawn here and we had a great experience. Most people have a difficult time getting the IV into her arm. However, the nurse Susan got it in on the first try and my daughter said it was painless and easy. Also, all of the staff greeted us with a smile and a hello and everyone was super friendly. We have to go to different hospitals while traveling and this one stands out, Hobbs is lucky to have a hospital with such good staff and management!

Excellent care in the ER. Quick admitting and seen by both nurses, x-ray, and doc within a few minutes. In and out in 2 hours. Orthopedic surgeon, anesthesiologist, and surgery nurses were all excellent. Within 12 hours if breaking my arm I was scheduled for surgery and was back home within 18 hours .

I had my baby here and the whole experience was just incredible. The L&D staff was amazing, especially my nurse Mandy. She was very professional and very kind.

I had a really great experience with the care of the hospital staff. They made every effort to make sure that we were comfortable and that all our needs were met. I truly appreciate everyone that helped make the birth of my son happen by them giving their best efforts through my labor. Special thanks to Sarah Whittington who did literally everything to make this happen and never gave up on me. Also the nursing staff, some I may not remember all the names of. But I'd like to thank Mandy Cross, Nancy, Melissa, and Monica. You all help leave an amazing impression in my life just from this single experience, thank you!

The administrators I spoke to in charge of the front end of the hospital was moderately rude and genuinely apathetic to the medical care I needed. Not a character anyone should be in the care of. The actual medical providers and nurses were awesome, but having someone like that at in a position like that really amplifies the lack of care the hospital has towards their patients and the community. It's sad.
