My husband has an abscessed tooth and was in excruciating pain outside of doctor's office hours, so we went to the ER. The waiting room was filled with people who were clearly in distress. A little boy with two broken legs and a woman with severe kidney pain. The carpet was covered in stains, the chairs were cracked and falling apart, and the bathrooms were unsanitary. After waiting for two hours, I went to the desk and asked the attendant how much longer it would be because my husband wanted to walk around outside to distract himself from the pain and I didn't want to miss his name being called. She told me that if we walked out the door she would remove his name from the list. So we stayed inside and waited for another three hours. During that time only one person was called back, although 5 people left the back after being treated. After 5 hours my husband couldn't handle sitting in the disgusting waiting room any longer, so we left. I'm shocked by the level of disregard given to people's wellbeing. Not just my husband's, but all those people suffering in that germ filled room with nowhere else to go.
I've been waiting for 6 hours for a baby that turned blue and couldnt breathe and a hernea. I got security called on for asking why it took so long. The doctors are very rude and seemed like they didn't want to be interrupted doing their nails instead of doing there work.i will never come here ever again.
I have severe breathing problems and have to go to the ER and be admitted for steroids and breathing treatments for a few days. On Friday evening I was dropped off and had to walk down a temporary construction tunnel to get into the hospital. By the time I got there I couldn’t breathe. I screamed for help and 3 security guards came running with a wheelchair, and bypassed the waiting room and brought me right back to a bed. It only took a little under 2 hours to be diagnosed and admitted. ER staff and Dr. were great, as are the hospital nursing staff.
Went to the emergency room because my doctor told me to get there fast. Left the emergency room because there was no beds and waiting room was full. I went back the next day at 6 am. I am still sitting in the waiting room for 2
Hours and still not seen by a doctor. This is ridiculous. They either need more doctors or make the emergency room bigger.
Dont like the fact that i am here with my sick son.. Waiting for him to be seen in the lab and and employee was able to skip right in front of me.. Meanwhile I am in a rush to take another child of mine to another appt
