Er staff very unprofessional. PA s there are a joke. I waited in the waiting room for 4 hrs and when seen by a Dr she pretty much defamed my character.

Been here 2 times in 4 days with my wife, who is pregnant. She has been dehydrated and not eaten very much. The first time was from 10pm-3am. That shift was just doing the job, going through the motions though our Doctor was nice. The next time we came in at 3pm-7pm. Day shift was totally different. The lady that checked is in was super nice, and the staff that got the IVs and check on her was super nice. And actually came in more often to make her comfortable and check on things. Though the wait was amazingly long I suspect that’s from being under staffed and over populated with patients as with most hospitals.

Triage nurse needs to come out of the room when calling patients. Especially since the room is not clearly marked. When my husband's name was called he had no way of knowing who called him or from where. This is the only ER that I've been to where the nurse was not visible when calling the patient as well as being the most poorly labeled triage room.

This Hospital is wonderful. The medical staff has taken great care of my father from the ER visit to discharge. Every individual I encountered here makes it seem like the most welcoming environment from medical staff to janitorial. Thank you all!

Just had my baby here on March 22. Everything was great until it was time to deliver my son. I started off with an amazing nurse delivering my baby boy & then a very rough & negligent doctor. I suffered from 2nd degree tear & I felt the needle as the doctor was stitching me. It wasn’t until about 30 mins into the stitching process that the nurse convinced the Doctor to numb me. Up until then I was crying & telling the doctor over & over that I could feel the needle. At first she said it was her hand but then she ignored me after I kept “complaining”. Furthermore, there were students in my room & I was not asked permission. Despite what I went through with that doctor I just want to say that the nurses who helped me were outstanding & I thank you so much. More over, I will be looking into taking some legal actions, because that was completely unacceptable.
