My mother had appendicitis and the doctors/surgeons were brilliant . They quickly removed her appendix without no problems .
It was a successful surgery . They gave my mother her very own room and the nurses on that floor were very sweet and very helpful the whole time
My mother was discharged nearly 2 days later , it's now been 1 week and a half later and BY THE POWER OF GOD , My mother has been healing remarkably and is already back to work as if the operation never happened.
I am incredibly grateful to Lincoln hospital and I won't ever forget what they did for my mother
5 STARS ABSOLUTELY !
Months ago, I had a breathing episode after swallowing a cough drop while laying in bed. Needless to say it got lodged in my throat. I panicked and the security guard in my building notifed the police. I was then taken to the closest hospital (LINCOLN). I waited in the E.R. for over 4-5 hours. It was dirty, smelly, and noisy. The staff was unprofessional. The staff was joking and laughing with one another, which included doctors. It was almost like a party atmosphere or like watching a bad movie.
Thank God the throat lozenge had finally melted. I was given a slice of bread to test if my throat passage was cleared. It was. It took a while to check out. After being there 4-5 hours I was cleared to leave. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I then promised myself never, never, go to Lincoln Hospital again even if I was on death door step.
It didn't end there. I kept receiving bills. I called the Billing Office and advised the clerk I had given my Medicare information. Yet I still continued to receive bills. I notified Social Security and was advised no bill had been submitted by Lincoln. After weeks it was finally settled. Social Security advised me I owed Lincoln Hospital nothing.
My first experience at Lincoln Hospital was a success. Staff was very professional and friendly. They were very attentive to my needs and questions I had. I didn't wait long to get called. I could only speak for the department I was in.
I had a tooth decayed and I had to get it remove immediately, the dentist remove it without breaking a sweat. It’s was quick and easy.
Every time I come to this hospital I get filled with rage at how unprofessional and nasty the employee at this hospital. If I am visiting the hospital it’s because I’m obviously sick or a close relative is, why should I have to deal with an extra issues such as being disrespected by a nurse or employee? Every time I visit this hospital I’ve had to get out character due to high frustration and discuss of the poor customer service provided at this hospital! Every single time I come, I have a rough experience. I hate to be the person to make constant complaints but as a patient I deserve no less than great service, PLEASE WORK ON SHOWING YOUR EMPLOYEES, NURSES, DOCTORS ON HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO CARE FOR THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO ARE SICK AND ARE IN NEED OF HELP!! The rude attitudes and unprofessionalism is the major issue of this hospital!! GET IT TOGETHER FOR THE SAKE OF SICK PATIENTS!!!
