THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER!

On April 26, my daughter was born in this hospital, and I want to extend my gratitude for the impeccable service I received from the first day, my delivery was induced, so I had to be for several hours in labor. And I would not have achieved it if it were not for the moral support and good care I received from my nurses on that day, especially Natalia Godinez and Gabrielle Zarnowski that during the whole process, despite all the pain, they helped me to make my experience memorable, with their kindness and words of encouragement in all the process, I can say that I felt the affection and support that they gave me as of my own family! They will be in my good memories forever. Not to mention the professionalism of my Doctor Marjorie Michel who brought my daughter safe and sound to this world. My family and I are eternally grateful for the good service we received at all times for the crew. I even received after a couple of weeks a greeting card in the mail signed by all my nurses in that day, without a doubt an unforgettable detail.

This hospital is the closest to my home. Unfortunately, this facility is not good. They’re death rate has increased and is quite high. The staff there is not humane and they do not have patience let alone any organizational skills. They lack innovation and improvement within their medical knowledge and hospital supplies/ tests. They need to expand and update to modern innovations within the medical field. Most importantly, they need to revise their customer support service throughout their entire facility. Sadly to say, many people die here and it’s the last hospital you ever want to be at regardless of anything. You will see and observe it for yourself. I hope they can improve (maybe) in the future if any attempts are ever made.

This is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever dealt with. Every bit of information I got from workers here was either a liar or an idiot I recommend using another hospital even if it’s stroger cook county the scumming hospital there is

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Thus place used to be wonderful and it is horrible now.
In January I went there for doppler on my leg.
They diagnosed me with what termed as an "extensive" blood clot. Dr. Gomez told me to call my cardiologist and have him admit me to LCM.
He said that he would not do it because it is to much work.
When I called my cardiologist, from the exam room, I was informed that was not proper procedure and that Dr. Gomez should call them.
When I mentioned that to Dr. Gomez, he then said that I should then call my primary care Dr.
I could not get in touch with her, he told me to drive myself to the ER and they would admit me from there. He had just diagnosed me with a blood clot and wanted me to drive to the hospital! I should have gone by ambulance I have since learned.
Now, today, I went for a simple blood test. I waited 30 minutes to see someone to register me. After 30 minutes, I inquired what was taking so long and I was told that they were making sure that my insurance covered the test. I went back and after about 10more minutes, someone called me back. When I got back to register, I was told that there were several people with my name and she needed to verify which one I was. I told her and then she wanted me to sign a paper and go back and wait 15 or 20 more minutes so she could verify coverage. I told her that I was told that she was already doing that half an hour ago!
Disgusted, I tool my paperwork and left.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
The main hospital testing is wonderful at Mary Potter pavilion but, this place is horrible
